Villa Vitis is a newly built villa near the town of St. Peter, but thanks to its location offers complete privacy and peace. The villa is located on a large piece of land. Surrounded by meadows and forests. The house has a large pool and a covered terrace with a dining table and a fireplace. Three bedrooms, bathroom. In the common area there is a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. At your service: beach chairs, towels, bed linen, wi-fi, air conditioning, parking.

Very beautiful villa
We stayed in the villa for a week at the end of May with our dog.
The welcome was very friendly.
The villa has a large garden and a illuminated pool. Everything you need is available inside the house.
The equipment is of high quality, with an additional television on the terrace.
It is a bit quiet and secluded, which is exactly what we always want.
There is a good restaurant about 300m away.
Unfortunately, according to the advertisement on Ferienhausmiete.de, pets are no longer allowed. This is very unfortunate for us, as we felt very comfortable here.

Everything was perfect !!!
We spent our spring vacation there and were extremely satisfied from beginning to end. The very clean house is located in a good central location to all major cities. Shopping facilities are nearby. There is also a great restaurant within walking distance that we can highly recommend.
The equipment in all 3 bedrooms is very good, and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are available in all rooms, and there is an additional bathroom in the hallway.
Beautiful fenced property with a fantastic view of the sunset. The pool is large and illuminated. There is also a small children's house with a swing on the property. Under the carport, there is a table tennis table where we spent a lot of time.
On the terrace, there is a large grill where you can also make a fire, which we even got for free. When we requested it, new firewood was delivered the next day.
Communication (in English; if someone is not proficient, Google Translate works too) between Jelena and us worked smoothly. She did everything she could to ensure we had a great vacation.
We can only recommend this accommodation!!!

Super holiday
We stayed at Villa Vitis from 27.08.2022 to 10.9.2022. Everything is as shown in the photos, extremely clean and very quietly located. The equipment of the house leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The pool is great and we had a lot of fun with the children. You can reach the sea and the next town quickly by car. Everything you need can be reached quickly by car. We can recommend Villa Vitis 100%. A big thank you and best regards to the Krizman family and Tedi! We have already booked for next year.

We were very satisfied!
Tedi and Jelena were very kind. In the beginning Tedi was our contact. All went very well organized.
After arrival Jelena hosted us professionally! The small surprises during our stay were just so great!
We were the 4th family which stayed in the house. It’s brand new and modern.
The location of the house is very quiet and so your vacation will be relaxing! With the in-build grill and the available wood and coals nice BBQ-evenings can be enjoyed.
We will come again and next time even longer!
