COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is now being granted. If the traveler does not arrive at the destination or cancels the accommodation service after it has begun, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation.
