The stork's nest was a place of comfort.

With our three children and a dog, we had plenty of space to play, rest, and relax. The housekeepers were very accessible and created a comfortable atmosphere all around. With the bike, we were at the beach with the children in about 10 minutes. We felt completely at ease, can only recommend the Stork's Nest, and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the wonderful time you provided us!

Beautiful small house with a great garden and terrace that offers a lot of privacy. Everything is very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. External shutters, fireplace, grill, underfloor heating in the bathroom (for cold feet in winter?) We find the surroundings very beautiful and quiet; there is also nature and animals to observe from the window and garden. Zinnowitz and the Achterwasser can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. The best part is that we are still here on vacation☀️?

Right next door, in Wildlife Usedom in Trassenheide, you can experience a diverse mix of familiar and rare animals from all continents – at least theoretically. The animals are realistically recreated "figures". The Baltic Sea is known for its fish dishes. Especially smoked fish is popular in the port cities. Be sure to try smoked eel or mackerel at one of the numerous smokehouses and enjoy them privately in your vacation apartment in Zinnowitz. There are also a number of recommendable restaurants. At Zum Smutje, fresh fish of excellent quality is available from Wednesday to Saturday between 5 PM and 10 PM. (As of August 2023) Historical experiences can be had at the Salt Huts in Koserow. Here, salt was stored in the past to preserve fish longer, and even today, fish is traditionally smoked over beechwood and served fresh. Known beyond the borders of Usedom Island, the Baltic Stage has been the venue for the popular Vineta Festivals since 1997. The summer theater is an experience for the whole family and can be enjoyed live on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays during the summer months. (As of August 2023) Right next to the open-air stage is the Theater Blechbüchse, a venue for the Vorpommern Regional Theater. Here, not only are plays performed, but guest performances by musicians and writers are also popular.
