The Panoramahaus Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz captivates with a successful mix of modern architecture, a lot of love for furnishing details, designer furniture as well as modern art and thus offers relaxation and an excellent retreat for all lovers of the special. Whether as a couple, in a small group, with family or friends; the spacious house with 170 square metres of living space and a large garden plot promises holiday enjoyment for up to 8 people.
Arrive and feel at home in the large, ground-level living area of the house. The living room is stylishly furnished with a couch, flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere. Especially on cold days, you will also benefit from the cosy warmth of the fireplace in the dining area. Here you dine together at the large dining table, which offers space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a perfect cooking experience - even on holiday. You will find a fully automatic coffee machine, an espresso machine, a cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a wine fridge and many other useful items for your daily needs. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, which are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds and have plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The house has a total of three bathrooms, two of which are on the upper floor. WC, washbasin and shower are available in all bathrooms. One of the upper bathrooms is additionally equipped with an inviting bathtub. A guest WC awaits you on the ground floor. A special highlight for cold or rainy days is the sauna with relaxation room and the wellness shower. The relaxation room also has a high-quality sofa bed by Lignet Roset, which can sleep two more people. Enjoy warm summer days outdoors and choose between two terraces with high-quality garden furniture that promise the best possible relaxation at any time of day. In the utility room you will find a washer-dryer and a clothes horse. For the very little ones, a baby travel cot without linen and a high chair are available for free use in the house. An extensive collection of games, some beach toys and also yoga mats can be used. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable room. There is space for two cars under the house's own carport. Wi-Fi is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
Zinnowitz, which is over 700 years old, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Zinnowitz has been a state-recognised seaside resort since 1851. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built in impressive seaside resort architecture. Zinnowitz's Baltic Sea beach is part of Usedom's coastline, which is over 42 kilometres long. The fine beach sand here stretches up to 40 metres wide and invites you to do sports, have fun, relax and go for a walk. Between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, the village is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. Fields and meadows around Zinnowitz, as well as the unspoilt Gnitz peninsula, invite you to go on cycling tours. The Achterwasser, a bay of the Peenestrom, promises you peace and relaxation. On nature tours, hikes or excursions, you can embrace the unspoilt nature of the island landscape, actively experience and enjoy it.
