Description
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor in the rear building of the Parkresidenz Sanssouci - a central yet quiet location in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The bright living room is comfortably furnished with blue wooden furniture. Through the large window front you look out over the balcony into the greenery. The balcony is partially covered and sheltered from the wind. Thanks to the south-west orientation and the upper location, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until evening. For leisure hours, there are books, games and a 43" TV.
The kitchenette is integrated into the living room as an open kitchen and was completely modernised/replaced in spring 23. You can look forward to a modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and larger fridge. Of course, there are enough dishes and cooking utensils as well as spices and tea.
The separate small bedroom has 2 sleeping places in the double bed (180 x 200 cm with new reversible mattresses, if required the sofa bed (140 x 204 cm) in the living room can easily be converted into an extra bed.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
A parking space belongs to the flat.

Zinnowitz is located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, embedded in deciduous and coniferous forests. The white, fine-sand beach is gently sloping and stretches 42 km along the coast - ideal for long walks on the beach.
Zinnowitz itself offers a wide range of culture and sports and a good infrastructure, theater, cinema and the Bernstein thermal baths. A wide variety of events such as concerts, competitions and markets take place throughout the year. Schlechte ausstattung
Warum steht der Tisch im Flur? Finden wir nicht so gut war alles etwas eng. Küche etwas abgewohnt.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern, dass Ihnen die Fewo nicht gefallen hat, können aber Ihre Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Leider haben Sie nicht genauer dargestellt, was Ihnen an der Ausstattung gefehlt hat oder an welchem Punkt Sie mit unserem Service unzufrieden waren. Dass der Esstisch „im Flur“ steht ist, wie die andere Einrichtung auch, Geschmackssache. Sie hatten und haben ja vor Anfrage bzw. Buchung die Möglichkeit, sich durch Fotos und Grundrisse ein Bild von den räumlichen Gegebenheiten zu machen und zu entscheiden, ob Ihnen die Fewo zusagt oder nicht.
Die Küchenthematik ist uns bewusst und wir arbeiten daran. Nach 3 Jahren und 5 Küchenstudios haben wir jetzt endlich im ersten Quartal 2023 einen Liefertermin für eine komplett neue Küche.
Aktualisierung April 23: Wir haben es endlich geschafft: die nächsten Gäste können sich über eine neue, moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Induktionskochfeld freuen.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Prima Wohnung in zentraler Lage, bis auf einen Geschirrspüler (soll ja diese Jahr noch kommen) ist alles vorhanden sogar ein Fön der nicht in der Ausstattungsliste stand (bitte mal einfügen, dann spart man Reisegepäck :-)... Sauberkeit hervorragend, großes Lob an die Reinigung. wir kommen gern nochmal wieder.

Sie ist sonnig, zentral gelegen, komfortabel, sauber und mit fast allem notwendigem ausgestattet.
Vermisst haben wir nur einen Geschirrspüler.

Wir waren sehr froh für dieses Jahr noch eine Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und waren sehr überrascht wie toll sie war. Bis auf einige Mängel können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Ein schöne Einrichtung auf alt getrimmt, schön gemacht!! Worauf man vielleicht doch mal achten sollte ist das man bei der Endreinigung wirklich alles reinigt auch die Reste aus der Kaffeemaschine, in der Toilette Urin Restspuren unter dem WC und wenn man draußen die Wohnung betritt sollte man vielleicht einmal den Läufer vom Vogelkot befreien sowie die kleine Stufe die total voll war mit Vogelkot. Was wir auch nicht so angenehm empfanden war die unfreundliche Art und Weise der Vorort Vermieterin. Die Vermieterin Frau Schwonke war sehr nett auch der E-Mail Kontakt lief ohne jegliche Probleme. Top Vermieter! Wir würden gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen.
