The holiday home, which was newly built in 2006, comprises 4 accommodation units. Our flat is located on the upper floor and in the attic, and has a size of approx. 83 sqm. In addition to the living/bedroom with kitchenette and dining area, there are 2 separate bedrooms with double bed (180 x 200) and 2 single beds (90 x 200 each)

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob.
43" HD flat screen TV with satellite reception and Blue Ray player in the living room and a 32" HD flat screen TV with satellite reception in each bedroom. In one bedroom with DVD player
The balcony faces south
There is a bicycle shed directly at the house for storing bicycles
Telephone calls to the German fixed network and WLAN use are free of charge.

The holiday flat is located about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Zinnowitz in a quiet residential area near the Zinnowitz sports school. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, approx. 700 m

Numerous restaurants nearby or in the centre of the village 300 m to 1000 m The Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is the largest village on the island of Usedom. Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, on one of the narrowest parts of Usedom, this place is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Amber Spa with its 850 square metre seawater swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or the Achterwasser. The beach promenade is certainly one of the sights of the Baltic seaside resort. Here you will find the concert shell, as well as many villas in the style of spa architecture and the pier with the diving gondola. The Baltic Sea stage with seats is the annual venue for the Vineta Festival. The Protestant church, a neo-Gothic brick building built around 1894/95, serves not only ecclesiastical purposes but also concerts and other events.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract in writing. Our standardized claim for cancellation fees amounts to 15% per residential unit up to 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% from the 44th to the 35th day, 80% from the 34th day before the start of the trip, and 100% from the 14th day before arrival. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Top accommodation with two rooms and bathrooms.
This is the first time that everything has been thought of in this accommodation. All kitchen utensils are available. Whether casserole dish or hand mixer, various glasses, etc. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, washing machine... Everything is there. Very well maintained and a top address with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Not far from the beach (about 7 minutes) and about a 5-minute walk to a discount store. Thank you for the great vacation. We would love to come back.

Holiday in Zinnowitz
We can only recommend this apartment. Everything was there that you needed and very clean.also the distance to the city was easy to reach on foot. The lady from the key office was very friendly and we will be happy to come back.

Einfach ideal
The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but not far from the center and the beach. It is very well equipped and modern. The two bathrooms are great and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering. The living area is very cozy, with a large TV and comfortable seating. Bakery and grocery store are within walking distance.
A very nice vacation. We would love to come back.

A beautiful apartment on the island of Usedom
We found a very nice apartment and were very satisfied. The apartment is super clean and very cozy. It was very nice days for us, we saw a lot of the island. We will definitely come back again.

What more does one need...
two couples and one week on a sunny island... and then this great vacation rental. That's all you need. The apartment is within walking distance to everything in Zinnowitz and is superbly equipped... perfect.
