The bedroom with TV on the ground floor has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a large, ground-level shower and a sauna. On the upper floor there is another large bedroom with a double bed and TV. The children's room has single beds and a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with window and shower. The garden is about 600 sqm and has a beach chair. All windows in the house have fly screens. The garden house offers you the possibility to store bicycles.

The lovingly furnished, thatched house 'Villa Sandkorn' is idyllically situated with a fantastic view over the Achterwasser and the nature reserve, opposite the newly built marina. This beautiful holiday home offers approx. 115 sqm of living space for 7 people and a small child to enjoy a comfortable holiday at any time of year.

A linen package consisting of 1 duvet cover, 1 pillow, 1 fitted sheet, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 2 kitchen towels can be booked for 20,-€ per person. Each additional towel can be booked for 1,50 €. The beds are made on arrival Arrival Saturday from 4 pm Departure Saturday until 10 am Bicycles can be booked for 20,- €/ week/ bike 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival. |
