This modern and very comfortably furnished 64 square metre holiday flat is only a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy white beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. For a family, this holiday flat offers everything you could wish for on your holiday. The bright living room with adjoining south-facing balcony, bedroom, children's room, kitchen with exit to the balcony. A shower bath. In this fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine, everything is available just like at home. So you can end the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine and have a view of a well-kept outdoor area . Your parking space is directly at the house .And a lockable room for bicycles is also available.

very spacious cozy holiday apartment. Perfectly equipped with a nice large balcony. Quietly located but still central. We felt very comfortable. Almost like home. A heartfelt thank you to the nice hostess. We will definitely recommend the apartment.

Very nice holiday apartment

We were welcomed by a very beautiful and lovingly furnished vacation apartment, where we felt very comfortable for 14 days. We appreciated the quiet location, yet shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the beach are easily reachable on foot. Thank you also to Mrs. Wendlandt, who is a very good host. We are happy to recommend the vacation apartment and will definitely come back again.

Super great vacation apartment

We were welcomed with coffee and cake by Mrs. Wendlandt, a really great idea. Super nice hostess, super beautiful apartment, large south-facing balcony, everything you need is available. Large bike shed available, great. With the bike, a few minutes to the city and the beach, many shopping opportunities very close by. Thank you, Mrs. Wendlandt, for a wonderful 18 days. This apartment is definitely worth recommending, and we are already looking forward to the next time. ❤️‍?‍??

Arrive and feel at ease

Beautiful well-kept holiday apartment with top equipment - parking and lockable bicycle storage room. Quiet location and yet centrally located, everything within reach. It was fun to vacation here again.

Schöne Fewo in guter Lage

Great vacation rental

Vacation in an optimal location. Everything is within walking distance. Both the beach and shopping. Nevertheless, it is quiet. It is a great facility with a car parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is large and spacious with a very nice balcony. Ground floor, of course, with terrace. The equipment has everything you would expect. Very well-kept and clean. I would vacation here again at any time. Thank you, Mrs. Wendland.

Top holiday apartment Ostseetrio, Alte Strandstraße 3a

We were received very nicely and friendly, a very beautiful lovingly furnished holiday apartment with everything you need. Nice and clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable. A shopping opportunity for breakfast rolls and everything else can be reached in just a 6-7 minute walk. The beach and restaurants are also not far away. We can only recommend this holiday apartment.
