This modern and very comfortably furnished 64 square metre holiday flat is only a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy white beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. For a family, this holiday flat offers everything you could wish for on your holiday. The bright living room with adjoining south-facing balcony, bedroom, children's room, kitchen with exit to the balcony. A shower bath. In this fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine, everything is available just like at home. So you can end the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine and have a view of a well-kept outdoor area . Your parking space is directly at the house .And a lockable room for bicycles is also available.

Schöne Fewo in guter Lage
Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Frau Wendlandt hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was es im Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt.

Great vacation rental
Vacation in an optimal location. Everything is within walking distance. Both the beach and shopping. Nevertheless, it is quiet. It is a great facility with a car parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is large and spacious with a very nice balcony. Ground floor, of course, with terrace. The equipment has everything you would expect. Very well-kept and clean. I would vacation here again at any time. Thank you, Mrs. Wendland.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Super Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten. Die Vermieterin super nett. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit bis zum Strand. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, damit ist alles ganz schnell zu erreichen.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt auch wieder.

Tolle saubere Wohnung
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Selten haben wir so eine blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Frau Wendlandt war sehr nett, Sie hat uns sogar einmal Kuchen und Marmelade vorbei gebracht.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit Kleinkindern
Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen, gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung.
Man braucht nur seine Koffer und kann sich dort direkt wohlfühlen, da alles was man braucht vorhanden ist.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung Ostseetrio ,Alte Strandstraße 3a
Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich Empfangen, eine sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Schön sauber und gemütlich ,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Frühstücksbrötchen und alles andere ist in nur 6-7 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand und Restaurants ist es auch nicht weit. Wir können diese Fewo nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut, alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man auch zu Hause in Anspruch nimmt.
Stellplatz für Auto, Fahrradschuppen vorhanden,freundliche Vermieterin,diese Fewo ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
