Description
Our lovingly and very high quality furnished holiday home offers space for 6 adults and a small child. On the ground floor is the spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with the fully equipped, open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. For relaxing evenings, there is a very beautiful brick fireplace, TV and a large sauna in the bathroom. The entire house has underfloor heating. A beautiful bedroom with double bed and very high quality mattresses complete the ground floor. A second bathroom is available on the upper floor. two further spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, provide direct access to the balcony with a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Achterwasser. A nice cot for our smallest guests is available. The 4th room can be used as a bedroom, study, playroom or reading room. The highlight is the year-round heated outdoor whirlpool (5 pers.) in the garden. At least one window per room is equipped with insect screens.

Location and surroundings of object
. The Baltic Sea island of Usedom is located in the north-east of Germany in the Pomeranian Bay and is the sunniest spot in Germany. Zinnowitz is situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the huge backwater. Zinnowitz looks back on 150 years of tradition as a seaside resort and is rightly called the 'Pearl of the Baltic Sea'. The newly renovated villas in the style of seaside resort architecture are striking. The fine, wide sandy beach stretches along the entire east coast of the island. The 315-metre-long pier with its diving bell at the front invites visitors to take a walk at any time of year. The village is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests and endless meadows. Storks, cranes, otters, red deer, white-tailed eagles and many other rare animal species still live here in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants for every taste and budget are plentiful.

| The visitor's tax is levied by us for the account of the municipality of Zinnowitz (see visitor's tax statutes of the municipality of Zinnowitz). Electricity consumption is calculated according to consumption for the duration of the rental period and is charged separately at € 0.40 per KWh. Experience shows that the electricity costs are between 25-35 € per week. We charge a deposit of 150 € per week. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period minus the electricity costs. A linen package consisting of bed linen and towels is provided for each guest for 10 € per linen package. However, you can also bring your own bed linen. There is a charge of € 4.00 for a sauna towel. For bringing a dog we charge 10 € per day. Cats are not allowed. |

A canoe belongs to the house. The canoe for 4 people can be easily pushed to the Achterwasser with the slip trolley small trolley is buoyant and can be folded up and stowed in the canoe. With little wind and calm water, wonderful paddling tours can be undertaken. Life jackets are available in different sizes. This offer is only suitable for people who already have paddling experience. Others should attend a paddling course before using the canoe. Courses are offered on the island.
2 bicycles are available to our guests free of charge. For our smallest guests, we have 2 baby cots, a baby changing unit, 2 highchairs and a stair gate on the upper floor.

Dreamlike!
My family and I were able to spend a few days in the Rackow family's Lotsenhof in wonderful spring weather. The house leaves nothing to be desired! A special highlight for us was the outdoor whirlpool and the great view of the Achterwasser. The contact with the landlord was easy and very friendly.
We will definitely be back!

Enttäuschend
The house is very clean and you can find everything you need. 2 bathrooms, a sauna, and four bedrooms speak for themselves, a whirlpool in the garden invites you to relax, especially on cold days, it's wonderfully beautiful. Unfortunately, there is no proper darkening in the bedrooms, so sensitive people may be woken up by the first ray of sunshine. Also, it was not apparent that the holiday homes are very close to each other, so it can get louder when fully occupied. Unfortunately, after our departure, we were accused of our pet having destroyed a door and we were asked to cover the costs. We were not asked, it was just accused! I, therefore, advise everyone to request a handover protocol and not to forget about the doors!!! We are still waiting for an apology until today!

Für eine Bewertung , auch wenn sie nicht so ausfällt wir uns das wünschen, sind wir immer sehr dankbar. Gerade aus diesen Bewertungen können wir lernen noch besser zu werden.
Wenn Gäste allerdings ihren Hund in einer für ihn fremden Umgebung stundenlang alleine lassen, so dass Nachbarn uns anrufen und nachfragen was da eigentlich los sei, der Hund belle unablässig, dann fehlt uns jegliches Verständnis.Das das Tier dann in seiner Verzweiflung an der Tür hochspringt und diese zerkratzt ist nachvollziehbar.
Besonders unverständlich ist es das bei der Abnahme des Hauses die Tür dann so geschickt geöffnet wird, das der Schaden nicht im ersten Moment auffällt.
So etwas ist uns in 7 Jahren in denen wir das Haus vermieten noch nie passiert.

Wonderful!!!
Due to the unique location of the house, we quickly found peace and arrived on the island. The pilot's house has a completely harmonious equipment that undoubtedly corresponds to the 5-star standard. We felt at home and will gladly come back.

Immer wieder Lotsenhof
We have chosen the holiday home Lotsenhof for our summer vacation with children, where we were already guests in April. With this house, we hit the jackpot. The proximity to the Achterwasser invites daily walks. The on-site service and handover by Mrs. Bluhm worked smoothly. This house has everything you need to feel really comfortable. It is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, exceptionally clean, and has a fantastic view of the "Achterwasser" (backwater). We have already booked again for next year.
