Description
The holiday flat is located at ground level in the rear building of the Parkresidenz Sanssouci - a central yet quiet location in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The bright living room is modern and comfortably furnished. Through the large window front you look out over the terrace into the greenery. The terrace is partially covered and sheltered from the wind, surrounded by green hedges. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until evening. Relax with a cup of tea and a good book or enjoy TV entertainment with home cinema sound.
The modern, comfortable kitchenette is integrated into the living room as an open kitchen and offers a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Of course, sufficient crockery and cooking utensils as well as spices and tea are available.
The separate small bedroom has 2 sleeping places in the double bed with reversible mattresses in 2 degrees of hardness. If required, the sofa bed in the living room (approx. 200 x 140 cm) can easily be converted into an extra bed
In the bathroom there is a shower with shallow access, WC and washbasin.
The flat has a parking space on the Parkresidenz grounds.

Zinnowitz is located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, nestled in deciduous and coniferous forests. The white, fine-sand beach is gently sloping and stretches for 42 km along the coast - ideal for long walks on the beach.
Zinnowitz itself offers a wide range of cultural and sporting activities and a good infrastructure, theatre, cinema and the Bernsteintherme spa. A variety of events such as concerts, competitions or markets take place all year round. Due to the central location at the Kulturhauspark, everything is within walking distance - beach, cinema, theatre, tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors...

New Year's Eve in Zinnowitz
I spent 5 wonderful days in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The winter market (an experience every day) and the New Year's fireworks make Zinnowitz definitely worth a visit. The apartment is located in a very convenient city center location, very clean, well-equipped, and we didn't miss anything. Secure parking right in front of the door, great! We hope to come back sometime. Thank you very much.

Zinnowitz is simply great!
We had very nice days, the vacation rental was very cozy. Unfortunately, the time was too short, we would have liked to stay longer. Thank you very much! We would love to come again!

Zinnowitz is worth a visit
Dear Fam. Schwonke,
Thanks to your beautiful holiday flat, I had a very nice few days together with my son.
The flat was superbly furnished and we wanted for nothing. Parking space right in front of the door. The handing over of the keys was completely uncomplicated.
I would especially like to emphasise the good location. Everything is within walking distance. Even before breakfast we went to the Baltic Sea, which was only 5 minutes away, together with our dog. Simply a dream, which made it all the more difficult for us to say goodbye. We would have loved to stay longer. One thing is for sure, we will be back. We haven't explored everything yet.

Sehr schöne Fewo.
Sehr schöne Fewo, direkt im Zentrum von Zinnowitz gelegen.
Alles "wichtige" zu Fuß zu erreichen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bahnhof. Wenn man so will ist alles gleich "um die Ecke" .
Man kann sogar seinem Auto mal Erholung gönnen, das steht sicher auf dem Stellplatz direkt im Objekt. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. An die Geräusche der Warenanlieferung im benachbarten Edeka haben wir uns nach 2-3 Tagen gewöhnt. Ansonsten kann Ich die Fewo nur weiterempfehlen. P.S. wir kommen wieder :-) .
