Only a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy white beach in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz, you will find the "Ferienwohnung Seeluft". For couples as well as for families, this holiday flat offers you everything you could wish for your holiday. You have a south-facing balcony, which you can reach from the living room and master bedroom. The large bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful shower room and guest toilet, a spacious children's room belong to this accommodation unit. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee maker, parking space and a lockable bicycle room are available.
The beach in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is only a few minutes' walk away, as are numerous good restaurants and bars. Only 200 m away from your flat you will find many shopping possibilities.

The Seeluft holiday flat is located in a newly built holiday home just a few minutes' walk from the fine white sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz. The flat is spread over 2 floors and is very centrally located. Whether shopping or going out for a good meal or drink in the evening, the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz offers you everything and it is in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home. The train station of Zinnowitz, from where you can make some good explorations, is about 5 minutes away from the apartment Seeluft. The seaside resort of Zinnowitz is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the island of Usedom. Here you can do all kinds of water sports that you would like to experience on holiday. Numerous good restaurants and bars invite you to end your beach holiday in the evening.
A new highlight is the underwater gondola at the end of the pier in Zinnowitz.

Very nice apartment
We have been coming here for many years now, and every year everything in the apartment is always in top condition.
The Wendlandt family always makes a great effort to keep the apartment in excellent shape.
Cleanliness and order are very important to them.
We can only recommend this apartment by the sea again and again.

Very beautiful apartment

We had a great vacation and had to give up nothing.

Completely satisfied
We stayed with the Wendlandt family in the Seeluft holiday apartment from 07/07/2024 to 18/07/2024. To cut to the chase, it was the best Baltic Sea holiday apartment we have ever had. Our two children and we parents felt super comfortable in this apartment, where nothing is missing and everything is perfectly tidy and clean. The available inventory is excellent, everything you need is there, and the way to the beach or the town center was no problem for us. As we had mostly good weather, we spent a lot of time outside and were able to enjoy our meals on the beautiful balcony. The wonderfully healthy sea air adds to the experience, and we still have the sounds of the many different birds in our ears.
Mrs. Wendlandt is a very nice landlady who is always ready to listen when you have a concern.
For us, one thing is clear: we will come back.

Upon entering the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable. Very cozy and functional with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was available, from a comfortable couch with blankets and pillows to a fully equipped kitchen with all the things and utensils for daily needs. Nothing was missing in the bathroom either. Everything was sparkling clean. We also really liked the location, slightly away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Since I turn 75 on June 15th, my bucket list dream of a trip to Canada to see the Banff and Jasper national parks, the mountain panorama, and the Goats and Grizzly Bears is on top of this list. On my birthday, my children and grandchildren visited me. Mrs. Wendlandt saw no problem with this, and two of my children were able to stay in the upper room. Thank you very much for that as well. We would love to come back and spend our vacation in Mrs. Wendlandt's feel-good apartment. Jutta and Bernd Driesener

Tolle Ferienwohnung
The holiday apartment Seeluft is a super beautiful and well-furnished apartment.
One great thing is that our son could use the upper floor as his own kingdom!
We can only recommend the apartment and if we travel to Usedom again, we would spend our time there again.
