The holiday flat Freya, close to the beach and in a very quiet location, is situated on the south-east side on the upper floor of a new villa-style house with only 6 flats
In an exclusive residential area, surrounded by old villas and holiday homes, situated on a large, park-like property and separated from the Baltic Sea beach only by the coastal forest, every guest can sense the beginnings of the seaside resort.
The particularly bright and friendly flat is furnished with great attention to detail.

On approx. 60 sqm you will find a lot of space and retreat possibilities
All rooms and a small utility room are accessible via the hallway.
From the generously designed living and dining area you have direct access to the 8 sqm south-east facing balcony with a view of the coastal forest
Here you can already enjoy the morning sun at breakfast.
In the dining area you will find a fully equipped and high-quality kitchen in country house style, which leaves nothing to be desired. A large table creates the connection to the living area and invites you to eat and linger.
The cosy sitting area is located next to another large terrace window, which faces south. Here you can enjoy the view of the greenery, relax and read a book, listen to music on the stereo system with CD player or simply watch TV.
The existing 37" LED smart TV is very comfortable to use, has the option of USB recording, is equipped with a Bose soundbar and a wall mount that can be swivelled in all directions so that you are always in the picture.
The flat has one bedroom with a double bed. A second room is set up as a retreat for relaxing.
Two shower bathrooms with windows offer comfort without conflict!
Both bathrooms have been refitted after the complete renovation and now have almost floor-level showers.
Washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room in the stairwell and can be used with tokens.
A parking space is available free of charge during your holiday directly on the property and approx. 20 m from the house.
There is also a massive outbuilding with a lockable storage room for your bicycles.
The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat and we ask for your understanding that you cannot bring your pets.

Alles bestens
Die Fewo lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist super sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Heizung funktioniert gut. Ein kleiner Wirtschaftsraum sorgt für Ordnung. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an zu Hause. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Das Haus beherbergt 6 Parteien. Vom Strand und vom Bäcker aus sind es ca. 800 m mit leichtem Anstieg. Gerne wieder.

The flat is very well equipped and clean, the furnishings tasteful. The house is in a quiet location. The contact with the owner on the occasion of the booking was friendly and pleasant, the handling on site (handing over of keys) uncomplicated. You can get the tokens for the washing machine in town, which is a bit inconvenient, but does not diminish the very good overall impression at all.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Personen für eine Woche gemietet. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Trotz der 4 Personen ist genug Platz vorhanden und der schöne Balkon ist von viel Grün umgeben. Der Weg zum Ortskern dauert nur 10 Minuten, also einfach zu empfehlen, wir kommen gern wieder ! Fam. FeWo zum Wohlfühlen
Die sehr schöne, liebevoll ausgestattete und komfortable FeWo, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Ruhig und doch auch zentral gelegen ;-), in weniger als 10 Minuten ist man in der Strandstraße.

Maiurlaub
Wir (2 Personen) waren Mitte Mai in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung, bei zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern einfach toll. So gut wie alles vorhanden, man verbringt einen schönen Urlaub in Zinnowitz. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem leichten Hügel, ein kurzer Spaziergang durch den Wald und der Strand mit lecker Fischbude ist erreicht.

Nicht nur ein Platz zum Schlafen
Das ist eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Entscheidung für dieses Feriendommizil.
Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ist so, dass man hier auch gut selbst kochen kann. Wir haben in dieser Hinsicht während unseres Aufenthaltes absolut nichts vermisst.

Auszeit
Wir durften eine Woche lang alle Annehmlichkeiten genießen die diese mit liebevollen Details eingerichtete Wohnung zu bieten hat . Von der Sonne wach geküßt konnten wir morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken bevor wir mit dem Rad die Gegend erkundet haben .
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen umgeben von alten Bäumen ,mit ausreichend Platz zu den Nachbarn .
Wir mussten etwas suchen um den kürzesten Weg zum Strand zu finden ,aber es sind tatsächlich nur 10 min ,auch die Seebrücke ist in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen .
Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Imbiss des letzten Strandfischers von Zinnowitz am Ende der Promenade (Richtung Zempin) !
Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter ,weil wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und selbst wieder kommen werden !
Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die schnelle unkomplizierte "Einweisung" vor Ort , vielen Dank dafür nochmals an Fr. Lange !

Deutschlands sonnigster Ort
Frühmorgens taucht die Sonne als Feuerball zum Frühstück auf, abends versinkt sie über den Wäldern und Wiesen von Usedom. Ankommen, entspannen die Ostsee genießen und wohlfühlen, so geht Winterurlaub. Winterwandern und endlich mal Zeit zum Lesen. Infos und Tipps zu den kleinen und großen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung oder Restaurant-Empfehlungen gibt`s vom Vermieter gratis. Und die Wohnung? Alles fein ... immer noch wie beim 1. Mal, wir sind begeistert.

In der Ferienwohnung FREYA kommt man an, ...und es beginnt der Urlaub. Kein Grübeln und Suchen, seine "sieben Sachen" zu verstauen. Gerade für Urlaube um eine -im Rückblick immer zu kurze- Woche eine sehr wichtige Prämisse.
Alles ist am (erwarteten) Platz, äußerst sauber anzusehen und offensichtlich angemessen pfleglich behandelt. Manches Detail in der Wohnung hätte man wahrscheinlich auch selbst so eingerichtet; ein Sich-zuhause-Fühlen macht sich schnell wohlig breit.
Das Entgegenkommen des Vermieters bei der äußerst kurzfristigen Anmietung und der freundliche Empfangs-Gruß zeigen echtes Bemühen und unaufdringlich-sympathische Präsenz. So geht privat vermittelter Urlaub, DANKE!

Vicinity of the holiday home: In park-ähnlichem Umfeld, eingebettet zwischen Villen und Herrenhäusern, fernab reihenweise in den Ostseesand gesetzter Feriensiedlungen - da kommt man nach einem erlebnisreichen Urlaubstag gern "zuhause" an.
free time activities: Zinnowitz liegt gut mittig auf Usedom; für Freizeit-Radler überaus ideal, mal wirklich das Auto auch am dritten und den folgenden Tag(en) noch stehen zu lassen.
Die Freizeit bestimmt auf Usedom das Meer und das persönliche Natur-Interesse. Was braucht es da weiter...!
Ein Besuch im großen Kinosaal wird angenehm überraschen.
shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind ausreichend und auch in diesem Punkt ist also nicht unbedingt ein Auto vonnöten.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Äußerst netter Kontakt zum Vermieter (persönliche Begrüßungspostkarte inklusive!).
Liebevoll und harmonisch ausgestattete & helle Wohung mit vielen praktischen Details; in der Küche (sehr sauber) mangelte es an nichts (hochwertige Töpfe, Werkzeuge, Geschirr in ausreichender Menge,...alles da!), Schlafzimmer mit Fliegengitter usw....!
Praktisch: 2 vollwertige Duschbäder.
Toll: großer Balkon mit Morgen- & Mittagsonne.
Sehr ruhiges Haus und Umgebung (parkähnlich)... und trotzdem strand- und stadtkernnah.
Wir hatten schönes Wetter; aber die Wohnung garantiert auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen erholsamen Urlaub, da sie sehr hell & freundlich ist (Gesellschaftspiele vorhanden!).
Anreise mit der Bahn problemlos möglich (Auto vor Ort nicht notwendig, da alles in Fußnähe vorhanden).
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung eine Woche lang wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es sind die vielen kleinen Details ... die Dekoration, die komplette Küchenausstattung, die nagelneuen Bäder, die supersaubere Wohnung ... es ist einfach für Alles gesorgt. Dazu gab es Sonnenaufgänge vom Frühstückstisch aus zu sehen, 600 Meter bis zum Strand, endlosen Sandstrand ... Urlaub pur. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Mein Mann und ich haben in dieser wunderschönen, hellen Ferienwohnung unseren Jahreswechsel verbracht. Der erste Eindruck war einfach nur klasse - geräumige Zimmer,sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Wohn-Essbereich verfügt über alles was man eben braucht. Die Küche lädt mit hochwertigen Töpfen und Geräten zum Kochen ein und ist somit auch absolut schlechtwettertauglich. Wenn man Ostseeurlaub machen will, dann in dieser Ferienwohnung, denn hier fehlt es einfach an nichts. Um nur eine kurze Auswahl zu nennen: Föhn,Bügeleisen,Flachbildfernseher und sogar eigene Postkarten.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und ist mit dem Auto sowie zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand und die wunderschöne Ostsee liegen nur circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
free time activities: Die Insel Usedom bzw. Zinnowitz bieten ein rundum sehr vielseitiges kulturelles und kulinarisches Angebot. Von der FeWo aus sind Kino, Theater und Strandpromenade ein Katzensprung. Mit der Usedomer Bäderbahn, welche Wir als Winterurlauber sehr oft nutzten, oder dem Fahrrad kann man noch weitere Orte und die damit verbundenen Sehenswürdigkeiten begutachten, wie zum Beispiel Peenemünde, Karlshagen oder Wolgast.Für die Genießer unter uns bietet Zinnowitz sowohl leckere Fischrestaurants als auch Spezialitäten aus aller Welt (Grieche, Inder, Italiener). Somit hat die FeWo einen wirklich guten Standort.
shopping facilities: Bäcker, Edeka, Drogerie, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte im Stadtzentrum sowie entlang der Promenade, welche zu unserer Überraschung auch am 1.1.2014 ihre Türen geöffnet hatten.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ferienwohnung liegt fernab der Haupt- und Durchgangsstraßen und ist umgeben von viel Grün und hohen alten Bäumen. Binnen weniger Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß sowohl den Strand als auch den Ort mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
