The flat is in a flat house at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area of Zinnowitz. The centre of the village and supermarket are approx. 250 m away. To the Baltic Sea beach approx. 600 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km.
Together with three other houses the house forms the 'Ostsee-Quartett'. Well-kept lawns and shrubs between the houses, shared barbecue area. In the neighbouring house there is a locked bicycle room for shared use and a reserved parking space in the underground garage

Baltic Sea Quartet - Usedom
Germany's second-largest island stretches along the Baltic Sea coast of Western Pomerania on an area of about 450 km2 between the Oderhaff, Oder Bay and Peene River. Rügen is about 30 km to the northwest. The Oder estuary separates Usedom almost as a mirror image from its sister island Wollin off the Polish coast.
The scenic attraction of Usedom is the contrast between the almost straight coastal strip facing the open sea with its 40 km long sandy beach and the strongly dissected Bodden coast on the opposite side, which reaches a length of 160 km with its many peninsulas and bays. The Achterwasser almost divides Usedom into two parts, with Koserow being the narrowest part of the island, only 200 m wide.
Traditional seaside resorts line the Baltic coast, including the elegant 'Three Sisters' of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin, connected by an 8 km long beach promenade. The magnificent spa-style villas and extensively renovated piers are reminiscent of the splendour of the imperial era.
The Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser offer ideal water sports conditions: Fishing, sailing, windsurfing, surfing schools, several marinas. Beach chair rentals are available on the Baltic Sea beaches. Well-marked hiking and cycling trails all over the island. Golf course (3 x 9 holes) in Balm. In Ahlbeck, the Baltic spa and border crossing to Swinemünde (Poland).
The Usedom Bäderbahn runs between Wolgast and Swinemünde. Flights with Air Berlin to Heringsdorf from several German airports.

Baltic resort Zinnowitz
The oldest seaside resort on Usedom lies in the north-west of the island. Wolgast is 10 km to the west. Many hotels, guesthouses and villas in seaside style, mostly built around 1900, have been restored in recent years and give Zinnowitz a new splendour. The village, surrounded by pine and beech forests, stretches along the slopes of the gently rising Glienberg. The main attraction is the 3 km long, approx. 40 m wide, gently sloping sandy beach; boat trips to Swinemünde depart from the pier.
In the village: indoor seawater pool with sauna and health facilities, tennis, sports garden with mini-golf, bicycle hire, beach volleyball, open-air stage (Vineta Festival) and diving gondola for a look under the waves of the Baltic Sea. Zinnowitz stretches from the lakeside promenade along the Baltic Sea to the Achterwasser with marina (boat rental), only 1.5 km away.
"Karl's Strawberry Farm" as the newest attraction in Koserow can be experienced at any time.

SUPER!!!!!
Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran. Es fehlte an nichts, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief ohne Probleme ab. Da wir bestes Wetter hatten, konnten wir auf dem schönen ausgestatteten Balkon essen und die Abende ausklingen lassen.
Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, welche an vielen schönen kleinen Geschäften vorbei führten. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gab es mehr als genug, welche in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen waren. Auch für die kleinen Urlauber gab es genug um sich auszutoben. Fazit...... es passte einfach alles.

Service: es geht um die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Ankunft.Frau Schlutter wusste das wir anreisen, sie war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Wir haben es 20 Minuten versucht,vergeblich. daraufhin haben wir versucht den Eigentümer telefonisch zu erreichen, er war auch nicht unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer erreichbar.
Ausstattung: Fernseher im Schlafzimmer geht nicht.
diverses: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, vor 8:00 Uhr wurde in einer Wohnung renoviert. In einer weiteren Wohung wurden drei Tage Möbel aufgebaut.
Desweiteren hat sich in einer Wohnung der Feuermelder gemeldet(Fehlalarm).Der angebene Hausmeister fühlte sich für diese Wohung in dieser Angelegebheit nicht zuständig, so das die Feuerwehr gerufen werden musste.
Sauberkeit: auf der Couch wurden abgeschnittene Zehnnägel gefunden. Die
Couchkissen riechen.

Eine sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit moderner Einrichtung. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Geräte waren auf neustem Stand. Wlan funktionierte nach schnellem login.

Mein Mann und ich haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sauberkeit, Ambiente, besser kann man einen Urlaub nicht verbringen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, zu jeder Zeit per Email eine Antwort. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Dankeschön!

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, gemütlich und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Dank des zur Wohnung gehörigen Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage hat man immer einen Parkplatz im Trockenen. Die Lage ist super. Ein Bäcker auf der anderen Straßenseite und ein Supermarkt in ca. 150 m Entfernung sind perfekt für die tägliche Verpflegung. Der Strand ist nach nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man an ein paar Souvenirläden vorbei. Es gibt auch einige Gaststätten, in denen man super essen kann. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren Ende Oktober für zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung um herrliche Radtouren auf Usedom zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung war topp und bot alles, was wir erwarteten. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem keine weiten Wege zum Einkaufen und in das Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hat genügend Sitzecken und gute Beleuchtung - auch zum Lesen. In der Küche fanden wir alles, was notwendig war, um sich auch mal selber was zu kochen oder für die Radtour vorzubereiten. WLAN, Fernsehen und ein gutes Radio waren vorhanden. Die Heizung war gut regulierbar.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: Unsere E-bikes standen in der fast leeren Garage gut. Im Sommer dürfte diese aber voll sein. Ein beschriebener Radkeller ist zwar vorhanden, befindet sich jedoch in einem Nachbarhaus, zu dem erst eine Außentreppe erklommen werden muss. Es ist zwar eine Betonschiene vorhanden. Aber schon das Hochschieben von normalen Räder und erst recht von E-bikes war schwierig und für ältere oder behinderte Radfahrer sehr ungünstig. Das mussten wir aber zum Glück nicht!

komfortabel und modern
Die Ferienwohnung ist hell,geräumig und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet.
Die großzügige Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Top-Lage erlauben einen entspannten Urlaub. Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem zu erreichen. Verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Für kulturell interessierte Gäste laden Kino und Kirche ( Konzerte) ein, und sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!
