The Küstensegler holiday home is an exclusive domicile under thatch with a wellness factor.
Our holiday home is located in Zinnowitz in the middle of a landscape conservation area with a direct view of the Achterwasser.
The Achterwasser and the dyke are only a few minutes' walk away.
It is 1500 metres to the Baltic Sea beach.

Holiday homes on the Achterwasser have become an attraction in Zinnowitz. Dreamlike situated at the edge of the village, the Achterwasser always in view. Experience the extraordinary ambience of the landscape on the island of Usedom . The island lies in the north-east of Germany. Usedom does not need to be stingy with sun and beaches, of which this island has an almost lavish amount. The wide, fine sandy beaches invite you to bathe and with more than 1900 hours of sunshine, Usedom is the sunniest island in Germany.
Recreation is a priority here, but the active holidaymaker also gets his money's worth, because the island has a lot to offer: Sailing,kiting,surfing,cycling,hiking,water hiking,or golfing - everything is possible.
The hinterland with its many forests, lakes, fishing villages and unspoilt nature has a great charm, here you can enjoy the special beauty and diversity of this island far away from all the hustle and bustle. The healthy, stimulating climate offers even the chronically ill a soothing rest. A great attraction is the diving gondola, which is installed at the end of the Zinnowitz pier. Here you can descend dry-footed into the depths of the Baltic Sea and marvel at the marine world from below and learn a lot about the Baltic Sea. Usedom is a delightful destination not only in summer, but also in autumn, winter and spring.
From Zinnowitz you can reach all the seaside resorts along the coast with the Bäderbahn.
In summer, the Vineta Festival takes place on the Baltic Sea stage. They attract many visitors to Zinnowitz every year.

| All prices are included in the rental price except for electricity. A dog is welcome but will be charged 10,-€/day. Max. 2 small dogs or 1 larger dog. The visitor's tax is based on the scale of charges of the seaside resort of Zinnowitz and will be invoiced by us for the spa administration. The prices are charged per person from For the electricity consumption we charge a deposit of 150,-€ / stay. The electricity consumption is calculated for the rental period according to consumption and charged at 0,42€ per KwH. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period minus the electricity costs. We charge a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. During holiday periods only possible from Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday, low season on request. In case of departure on a public holiday, 100% surcharge for final cleaning will be charged. |

A handcart for small transports belongs to the holiday home.
A stair gate is permanently installed on the stairs.
A baby cot, a changing unit and a high chair for our smallest guests are available.
The house is only rented by the week, minimum stay 6 days in the low season.

Very relaxing holiday with all comfort and great view
We stayed there for 2 weeks because we already know the house and were able to confirm our impression again. There will definitely be a third time! Best of all: the peace and quiet (but that was partly due to Corona ;), the location and the great view of the Achterwasser. The whirlpool and a sauna are also part of the super equipment. There is enough space in the house and our dog could come and stay with us without any problems. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We would love to come back!

The holiday home Küstensegler leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home from the very first day, as everything is furnished with great attention to detail - simply perfect. We will definitely come back soon.
