This magnificent, suitable for 6 persons apartment, was newly built in 2018 and is located in a particularly beautiful location near dunes, beach and the North Sea. Only about 200 meters away from a dune crossing. The cozy village of Renesse can be reached on foot.
Nearby there are many activities on the Brouwersdam, the Grevelingensee and the North Sea. This apartment is also a fantastic starting point for beach fun, long hikes and bike rides. Especially for water sports enthusiasts, this area is a true paradise.
The fine restaurants, the cozy beach pavilions and the authentic villages together with the atmospheric holiday house create a relaxing holiday feeling. Regardless of the season, you can enjoy wonderful moments together with your whole family.
The style of this holiday home is in complete harmony with the special feeling of the sea. The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen including complete equipment, a gas-fired fireplace for pleasant warmth and atmosphere and digital TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. Both bathrooms have a luxury feature and the two toilets (below and above) are separately accessible. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable 2,00 meters long boxspring beds and in one of the bedrooms you will even find beds of 2,10 meters.
"Kavel 10" has a large, completely enclosed garden and offers a lot of freedom. The back of the apartment has south facing position. The large terrace with wood flooring can be reached through revolving doors. Whether you are sitting outside at the big table, hanging out in the corner of the sofa, or trying out the bench for two at the front of the house, you can enjoy the outdoors as well as indoors. At the back of the house there are two private parking spaces.
During your stay at the "Villapark Zonnedorp" you can use the facilities of "Camping Zonnedorp". If you have any questions, please contact the campsite reception.
In this apartment no pets are allowed and thus has the mark allergy friendly. Do you have an allergy? We will make your stay as pleasant as possible and then kindly ask you to announce this at the time of booking.

Location and surroundings of object
Renesse is after Domburg one of the oldest beach resorts in Zeeland. As tourism began to boom in 1900, local entrepreneurs became more enterprising and built small tourist facilities. The first "refreshment tent" was opened, the predecessor of today's beach pavilions, where swimwear was rented in this refreshment tent.
Renesse is located on the north side of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland, where its popularity is still increasing due to its ideal location. Today, the village and its immediate surroundings offer a lot of entertainment for young and old. Today you will find a large selection of beach pavilions, sidewalk cafes, shops and entertainment venues.
In front of the shore of the village there are wide sandbars where seals regularly lay in the sun. The extensive North Sea coast near Renesse is particularly beautiful here, with a nearly 20 km long sandy beach, which is on the so-called "Verklikkerduinen" up to several hundred meters wide. This dune area is characterized by wet dune valleys with many colorful and fragrant dune plants. Large rabbit families live here and for many birds this is also a popular breeding ground.
Several hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of Renesse lead through the beautiful landscape, through herds of wild Shetland ponies and Scottish highland cattle. In Westerschouwen this area merges seamlessly into the largest forest of Zeeland, "de Domeinen". Along this coastal route you will also find one of the most beautiful mountain bike routes in our country.
The area around Renesse is perfect for long bike rides through a landscape that is only occasionally seen in the Netherlands. The many quiet little country roads take you past characteristic villages and allow you various safe bike rides.
The most famous buildings in Renesse are the gothic "Jacobuskerk" in the middle of the old village center and from the 13th century "Slot Moermond". The castle is located in the 45-acre park "Landgoed Moermond" and is used only for celebrations. The castle is unfortunately not open to visitors.
North of Renesse lies the Grevelingenmeer with the Brouwersdam. Here active contemporaries can practice many sports on and around the water. For example, the Grevelingenmeer is a special diving destination and the Brouwersdam is a popular surfing spot due to its location.
Leaving Renesse in a southerly direction, you will reach the world-famous Delta Works with the impressive Oosterscheldekering. This storm surge barrier connects, inter alia, the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the island of Neeltje Jans, where you can visit the eponymous family water park.
In Renesse you will find a large supermarket, a drugstore, a bakery, a bicycle rental and a variety of shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. There are various entertainment options for teens. At the edge of the village is the "Transferium", where you can park for free and use free transport to the beaches, the city center and the campsites during the season.
Also visit the old Dutch cities Zierikzee, Veere and Middelburg or Zeeland's other famous resort Domburg.
