Our spacious chalet Küstenperle is located in the popular holiday park Julianahoeve in Renesse, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful North Sea beach.

A special highlight is the large, newly designed and secluded terrace with weatherproof roofing.
Directly from the chalet, you can access the sheltered terrace area through the back door – ideal for relaxing hours outdoors, even in changeable North Sea weather. The modern chalet accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families with children or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea together.

Living area

The living area is bright and comfortably furnished and features a cozy seating area, television, and an air conditioning unit that pleasantly cools in summer and quickly provides warmth during the colder season. Here you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

The chalet has three bedrooms:

• one bedroom with a double bed

All beds are equipped with mattress protectors and toppers.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
There is also a separate toilet.

Outdoor area

The newly designed terrace is a central feature of the chalet. Thanks to the roofing and the sheltered area, you can sit outside comfortably here even in wind or light rain.

The terrace is furnished with seating and offers enough space for shared meals or relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.

The property is 175m2 in size and is centrally located in the park (area VALK), but still pleasantly quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. If our chalet Küstenperle is already booked for your desired date, please also take a look at our second chalet “Küstentraum” in the same holiday park (for up to 4 people).

The Julianahoeve holiday park is one of the most popular family holiday parks in Zeeland and offers numerous facilities for a varied vacation.

The wide North Sea beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes via a dune path. In the park you will find, among other things:

The holiday park Julianahoeve is a very well-maintained and family-friendly park and is especially popular with families with children. The spacious, newly designed and secluded terrace with a roof is a special highlight of the chalet.

In the same park, we also rent out our chalet "Küstentraum" for up to 4 people, which has already been successfully rented for some time and has received many very positive guest reviews.

Also ideal for families or friends who want to spend their vacation together in the same park.

We were super satisfied.
Very very nice landlords.
The coastal pearl is furnished with a lot of love for detail.
Nothing was missing!!!!!!!

Very nice, clean, and excellent location

This summer we, one adult and two 12-year-olds, were there and had a very nice vacation.

It was very clean, new, and we lacked nothing. The amenities particularly include a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, air fryer, etc.), two televisions, two toilets, and especially the powerful air conditioning. Everything is very well thought out and was excellently prepared and very clean. Additionally, we really liked the beach chair and the outdoor shower. We used the bicycles daily to go to the beach. The Gazelle is particularly recommended.

The location is ideal. You are 100% shielded from view and alone. This is not the case with most chalets. We particularly liked that. You are in the center of the huge complex in two minutes. It was very comfortable: being able to just go home. Nevertheless, we didn't notice the hustle and bustle in the center. Perfect.

It is windy at the North Sea. However, this chalet is very sheltered from the wind. So there was always a sufficient breeze, but it wasn't too windy.

The landlords were very friendly when we had a question.

We will come back next year. Thank you.

Vacation with family

The Chalet Küstenperle is tidy, well-maintained, and very cozy. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The second toilet is good and so is the air conditioning. The location is very good; in 5 minutes you can reach the central facilities, and the children were able to use the offerings completely independently due to the short distances. You can also get to the beach quickly. Julianahoeve is more than great, with activities for children of all ages and also for adults, which we actively used. Because we had summer vacation very early this year and before the Dutch holidays, the activity in the park was low and very pleasant.
The small courtyard at the chalet with a beach chair, covered table, and outdoor shower is not visible and allows for maximum privacy. We made good use of the bicycles on site, which are completely sufficient; we didn't need the car. Additionally, there is a small cart, sand toys, and kites in the garden house, among other things. We clearly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to return.

Beautiful chalet with minor flaws

The chalet is well equipped, including air conditioning, which was worth its weight in gold for us during this exceptionally hot time. You have to get used to locking and unlocking the front door; sometimes it felt more like a gamble, or I just didn't understand the system. Unfortunately, the key only fit the front door, but that was okay. The back door leads to a nicely furnished terrace with a table and chairs, where one could sit nicely in the evening - if, yes if large parts of the ground weren't undermined by ants, which makes a stay there impossible. Unfortunately, the landlord did not respond to our call or the email regarding this. A proper ant repellent could quickly solve the problem. Thus, the entire area was unusable for us. What a pity. But the well-functioning air conditioning compensated us a bit for that. So overall a nice chalet with the mentioned small weaknesses. Whether we will come back ultimately depends on the resolution of the ant problem.

Zu den Ameisen: Wir unternehmen regelmäßig etwas gegen dieses leider gerade in den warmen Monaten auftretende Problem. Ameisen sind auf dem gesamten Parkgelände immer wieder ein Thema und lassen sich trotz entsprechender Maßnahmen leider nicht vollständig vermeiden. Wir werden natürlich weiterhin darauf achten und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen fortführen.
Einen Punkt möchten wir allerdings kurz richtigstellen: Einen Anruf oder eine E-Mail von Ihnen zu diesem Thema haben wir leider nicht erhalten. Hätten wir davon gewusst, hätten wir uns selbstverständlich darum gekümmert und versucht, kurzfristig Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Zur hinteren Terrassentür noch eine kurze Erklärung: Diese Tür ist ausschließlich von innen verriegelbar. Einen Schlüssel für diese Tür gibt es nicht. Der Zugang zum Chalet erfolgt über die vordere Eingangstür. Die hintere Tür dient als zusätzlicher Zugang zur Terrasse und kann von innen verriegelt werden.
Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihren Aufenthalt und die Rückmeldung. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie trotz der genannten kleinen Schwächen vielleicht wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Chalet Coastal Pearl

Ascension of Christ

We had a nice long weekend in Renesse. The Julianahoeve park is always great, especially for families with children. The landlords of the chalet are very nice, we can wholeheartedly recommend the Küstenperle chalet. The only thing we criticized was the issue of cleanliness. The cleaning company was spoken to and they are working on ensuring that it is properly clean upon arrival in the future. Since we enjoyed our stay at Chalet Küstenperle so much, we will definitely come back again? ☀️?

Beautiful, like coming home, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday chalet in Zeeland! The chalet was very cozy, clean, and lovingly furnished – you feel welcome right away. The location is ideal: quiet, close to nature, and still near the beach and beautiful excursion destinations. We especially liked the good amenities and the relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and always easily reachable. We would love to come back and can recommend the chalet without reservation!

Super accommodation in prime location

For our family vacation, the chalet was the ideal accommodation.
We have been vacationing at Julianahoeve annually for 9 years and were now for the first time in the Chalet Küstenperle.
The central location on the campsite and the chalet itself are convincing.
In addition to the good amenities, we were particularly impressed by the orientation of our own "garden." This area is not visible compared to other chalets, thus offering an advantage in privacy. The communication with the owners was also excellent.
We will come back during the summer holidays!
