In addition to the rental price, we charge:
Final cleaning (optional) at a rate of 90 euros,
Tourist tax, which we pay directly to the municipality: €2.06 (2026) / €2.61 (2027) per person per night.

Campsite fee: 5.50 euros per person per night (2026), will be invoiced by the campsite.

On site there are 2 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle (16"). These may be used but are not part of the rental property.

Cancellation terms:

§4 Withdrawal from the Contract by the Tenant If the tenant needs to withdraw from their booking, withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing. The date of receipt of the written notice of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive. In addition to the contractually owed cancellation fees (see table below), the landlord charges a flat processing fee of €80.00. Landlord’s compensation claims in the event of withdrawal: - Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: No refund We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance, as only the cancellation policy of the General Terms and Conditions (see §4) applies.

Simply top

We have been to the chalet of the Rehm family several times, always at the old location DUiF 225, and it has been a top vacation every time with all the amenities that this beautiful chalet has to offer. After its relocation to DUiF 227 and the completion of the outdoor area, we are totally thrilled with how wonderfully the owner has designed the outdoor space with great attention to detail. A feel-good oasis has been created. Quiet, but absolutely central. A huge compliment for this. We will of course come again.

A very nice short vacation in Renesse

We were very late with our booking this year, yet Mr. Rehm made it possible for us to spend our vacation in their chalet.
As always, the vacation was much too short, and in the end, the days were not enough to experience everything that the campsite has to offer.

The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything one needs. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. Self-catering was absolutely no problem, and the cart was a dream for our son. We would love to come back!

Once again a great vacation

The stay at the Julianahoeve campsite is truly recommended. Ideal for vacations with children. There is a lot offered for the kids.
The beautiful and lovingly furnished chalet of the Rehm family leaves nothing to be desired. The family is always available with advice and assistance. Booking is very uncomplicated.
We are happy to come back and highly recommend the chalet and campsite.

Wonderful time with the family

Hello everyone,

the short vacation at the beautifully located campsite Julianahoeve in Renesse was the ideal solution for our small family to enjoy a few days at the North Sea.

We were lucky to be able to rent the well-maintained chalet of the Rehms family. The cozy furnishings with attention to detail made us feel right at home.

The chalet is located in close proximity to the on-site supermarket, the swimming pool, and the spacious playgrounds of the facility. Even the direct access to the North Sea can be quickly reached with a 5-minute walk over the dunes and allows for a proper exploration of the campsite.

We would like to repeat the vacation soon. :)

Many thanks to the Rehm family who were available to us at any time of day.

Dreamlike

We booked last minute on Friday for arrival Saturday to Tuesday. As with the first booking, everything went smoothly.

The Rehms family has created a lovingly furnished chalet, with many little details for comfort. The communication with the owner is very pleasant and uncomplicated.

Julianahoeve is very family-friendly, and there are several options on-site even for bad weather. The campsite is unbeatable due to the available amenities. We will definitely come back!

Great chalet, at least 5 stars.

We have been to Julianahoeve many times in various chalets. This one we have visited several times and it is our absolute favorite. Contact with the landlord is excellent. Price/performance is top. The furnishings are modern and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is there and in top condition. Always very clean, nothing is missing. The outdoor area invites you to linger and relax. Everything here is well-maintained too. The location is great, quiet but very central. Our summary: At least 5 stars, preferably more ? ? . We are already looking forward to our next vacation in 4 weeks, and many more will follow. Keep it up!
