Description
The property has a total area of approx. 180m2 and, despite its central location, is quietly situated.
All our windows have been fitted with high-quality blinds, some of which can even be operated electrically. Generously sized radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in winter.
Rental exclusively to young people under 21 years of age is not possible.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises. In addition to the rental price, we charge:
Final cleaning fee of 85 euros,
Tourist tax, which we pay directly to the municipality: €2.06 (2026) per person per night.
Campsite fee: 5.50 euros per person per night (2026), charged by the campsite.
On site there are 2 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle (16"). These may be used but are not part of the rental property.

Cancellation terms:
§4 Withdrawal from the Contract by the Tenant If the tenant needs to withdraw from their booking, withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing. The date of receipt of the written notice of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive. In addition to the contractually owed cancellation fees (see table below), the landlord charges a flat processing fee of €80.00. Landlord’s compensation claims in the event of withdrawal: Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price Cancellation from the 60th to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price Cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental period: No refund We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance, as only the cancellation policy of the General Terms and Conditions (see §4) applies.

The 5* campsite Julianahoeve also charges an overnight flat rate of €5.50 per person per day (2026), which includes, for example, use of the swimming pool, etc.
In 2026, the tax on overnight stays in the Netherlands will increase from 9% to 21%, so we ask for your understanding that we will also have to adjust our prices accordingly in the new year.

5 Star Chalet ?
The chalet is super furnished. Bicycles available. The offered entertainment programs are for children and for adults and invite participation. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

A very nice short vacation in Renesse
We were very late with our booking this year, yet Mr. Rehm made it possible for us to spend our vacation in their chalet.
As always, the vacation was much too short, and in the end, the days were not enough to experience everything that the campsite has to offer.
The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything one needs. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. Self-catering was absolutely no problem, and the cart was a dream for our son. We would love to come back!

Dream vacation with child
We had a super nice vacation. The chalet is well equipped. Even bicycles are available. The entertainment for the kids was also great. We will definitely come back. The weather was also a dream and the beach anyway. The landlords are also super friendly.
