Great holiday home in Renesse on a large plot with 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
The brick house is located in the small bungalow park "De Molenhoeve" and is about 1100 meters as the crow flies from the North Sea beach. The beach can be reached via a walk of about 5 minutes through a forest.
The house is very well equipped and has, among other things, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Layout: spacious hallway with WC, closet with fuse box and safe, and a wardrobe. 1 large (master) bedroom, with en-suite shower and washbasin (hairdryer available)

Cozy living room with sofa and two separate chairs, as well as a television. A high chair is also available.
Round dining table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen features a cooking island with 3 gas burners.
The kitchen is fully equipped, gas stove with 3 burners, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.
From the living room you enter the large wooden terrace. The wooden terrace has a covered area as well as an open area. A dining table with chairs invites you to enjoy breakfast or a cozy dinner outdoors. On a second terrace, you have the opportunity to enjoy your meal near the grill. Whether on the sand, on one of the terraces, or on the artificial turf, the property offers various possibilities to relax and enjoy the sun.

For children, there is, among other things, a sandbox available. Of course, the De Brem campsite in the immediate vicinity also offers the opportunity to play together with other children. There is also a swimming pool here, among other things. Spend an unforgettable holiday in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea.

The holiday home is located in a small bungalow park "De Molenhoeve". Directly at the campsite "De Brem" with many possibilities.
The beach and the sea are reachable in +/- 10 minutes on foot, you walk through beautiful nature.
The lively village of Renesse can be reached after a 15-minute walk. Bicycle rental is possible just outside the park. However, 2 bicycles are also available at the house.

Disappointment after 3 years

We, a couple from Germany, were now for the 3rd time in a row at House Guido, Renesse, and for the 1st time really disappointed... The previous owners (Dutch) sold the bungalow to German owners. The first impression after our arrival was already sobering... everywhere weeds, so we first had to pull out clumps of thistles. And the beautiful breakfast spot on the terrace with a large round table and 4 comfortable rattan chairs was a thing of the past... this place as in the old pictures no longer exists, unfortunately... Either the previous owners or the new owners removed the furniture, which already meant a reduction in our holiday enjoyment... now we had to have breakfast and dinner inside... In this respect, reality does not correspond again under the assumption that we had already booked for the following year in June 2025. The manager, Gerard H. just shrugged... For us, it was clear, never again here!! And we cannot recommend it, especially since it became unbearably hot in the bungalow during this week, June 21 - 26... During the day up to 32° and still over 27° at night, and no air conditioning!!! We already left a day earlier, on June 26 instead of June 27. Additionally, there was repeated noise disturbance from loud guests at the neighboring campsite "de Brem" until 2 AM. At midnight, "guests" have been enjoying themselves there despite the quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM...

Hallo liebe Urlaubsgäste. Wir melden uns als die neuen Eigentümer des Ferienhaus Guido. Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar und Ihre Bewertung auf dem Portal, auch wenn uns die negative Bewertung natürlich besorgt. Unser Ziel ist es, ebenso wie auch bei unseren Vorbesitzern, dass Sie einen tollen Urlaub zu einem fairen Preis in unserem Ferienhaus verbringen können. Dafür haben wir keinerlei Veränderungen an dem Haus vorgenommen, um unseren Stammgästen die gleich Qualität bieten zu können. Der Esstisch unter der überdachten Außenterrasse ist tatsächlich eine der wenigen persönlichen Dinge, die beim Hausverkauf nicht mit übernommen werden konnten. Hier wird es für die Zukunft jedoch eine vergleichbare Lösung geben, wenn wir das Haus das nächste Mal besuchen.
Die extrem warmen Temperaturen haben uns in ganz Europa hart getroffen. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, das ist korrekt. Falls wir das in Zukunft mal ändern sollten, werden wir das natürlich auch im Inserat so ausweisen.
Die auftretenden Ruhestörungen verstoßen tatsächlich gegen die Ordnung der Siedlung. So etwas lässt sich in Fällen, in denen sich jemand gestört fühlt, nur durch eine entsprechende Ansprache ändern. Dafür hätte ich mir eine Information gewünscht, dann hätten wir uns gerne in Ihrem Interesse gekümmert. Und das gilt natürlich auch für jedes andere Detail, was Sie anders erwartet haben oder was Sie gestört hat.

We can rate our experience with our holiday in Bungalow Guido with ☆☆☆☆☆, beautifully landscaped outside, lovingly furnished and decorated inside, and everything available for a relaxing stay...we have already rebooked for 2025! The idyll was occasionally disturbed by neighboring Camping de Brem with loud noise, sometimes until late at night, up to 03:00. Unfortunately, the peace was disturbed at 10:30 pm, and even after a polite request to the site manager to respect the quiet hours, it was not taken into account; that is the only downside. Otherwise, it is perfectly located near the beach and downtown Renesse, as well as excursions from Westenschouwen to Brouwersdam.

Fantastic!

What a lovely holiday home. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with all conveniences. There is a beautiful large garden with sun all day. The distance to the beach or to Renesse is easily walkable, although a bike is nice to explore the area. Enjoyed our holiday!

Beautiful holiday home, spotlessly clean and equipped with all conveniences. Cozy decor, good showers, and within walking distance to the beach. A delightful stay. Renesse offers various possibilities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, or horse riding. In short, highly recommended, both the cottage and the surroundings.

Beautiful holiday home, but noisy bar operation in the vicinity.

We enjoyed our vacation in the holiday home Guido with two small children. The equipment is very good and the garden is a dream. Everything fenced in, very good with small children. Also, using the facilities of the campsite de Brem (directly accessible through a separate entrance), such as the swimming pool, is a plus.

What bothered us a lot, however, is the direct proximity to the bar of the campsite de Brem. Here we had live concerts or bar music with loud guests almost every evening until past midnight for almost three weeks. We reported this to reception, and they said they would inform the bar, but it didn't really change anything. It bothered us adults (who also have a baby and like to sleep before midnight) more than the children :-)

For night owls, it is a beautiful holiday house, but due to its location, we will not consider it again. A sun umbrella is missing for optimization.

Beautiful holiday home in prime location

We spontaneously searched for holiday homes in Renesse on Saturdays and quickly came across "Guido." It was incredible luck for us that the house happened to be available for the upcoming week. Since the price was also right, we decided quickly as we wanted to leave the next day. The response to our email inquiry came approximately 1 hour later, and Sunday morning we had the purchase agreement in our email inbox. The location is basically perfect: 1.5km to the town and 1.5km to the beach in the other direction. The nearest supermarket, where you can get everything you need, is about 200m from the house. Right next to the supermarket, there is also a bike rental. The owner is very friendly. You could simply leave the bikes in the garden in the evening. Of course, you can explore the area very well by bike. You can visit the surrounding villages or simply explore various beaches along the coast. We were also very lucky with the weather. It was sunny every day at around 22°C. Doesn't sound very warm, but sunscreen with SPF 30 was a must. The house itself is in extremely good condition. You can really tell that it hasn't been rented out often. Everything is clean, and the inventory is more than complete. All in all, it was a very successful vacation for us.
