We rent our privately used chalet for max. 4 persons on the camping Julianahoeve directly behind the dunes in Renesse.
Our chalet is centrally located in the Park Pauw to the Centrumplatz at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore no through traffic. This allows you to relax and eat in peace on the terrace.
It has a comfortably furnished living/dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 x with TV), kitchen area, bathroom with shower, separate WC.
The chalet has electric heating in the living/dining area.
There is a free Wifi network all over the campsite.
Living/dining area:
1 large comfortable couch, TV with German programmes, 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 1 highchair for children available
Kitchen area:
well equipped with a 6-person dishwasher (new in 2020), microwave with grill/hot air (new in 2020), refrigerator with freezer compartment (new in 2020) 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, children's crockery, as well as complete equipment for daily use.
Bedrooms:
1-> double bed 1,30 x 1,90 m, wardrobe, wall units
2-> 2 single beds x m, with additional TV, wardrobe, wall units
3-> 1 bunk bed: bottom x m, top x m (loadable up to 40 kg)
All bedrooms with blackout blinds. 1 failure protection available.

Furthermore there are games and books in the chalet.
Terrace:
1 garden table with 4 chairs, parasol, 2 garden loungers (new in 2020)
Garden house:
1 charcoal grill and 1 handcart are available and may be used. These items are not part of the rental agreement, as we cannot constantly check this.
There are also 1 clothes horse and sand toys.
1 car parking space is available and included in the rent.
Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. Dogs are not allowed on the campsite.

Description
Indoor swimming pool (80 m long turbo slide with light effects, DUO racer slide, extra small children's pool with slide, whirlpools,
new wellness area 18 + (infrared sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, loungers)
Spraypark (outdoor water playground) is accessible only through the swimming pool in summer with sun beds.
You can use the swimming pool as often as you like every day. Regularly also water gymnastics.
Animation:
Daily program for all ages. In September extra program for seniors and toddlers.
(Juultjers Bastelclub in the theatre, every day the Juultje Express drives with the children across the square, sports offers, special teenager program, football tournaments, games, live music, shows, musicals and much more.

A car-free path leads directly from the campsite to the centre.
Here you will find many small shops, sunny terraces, ice cream parlours, beer gardens, restaurants and a disco.

| Rental from the beginning of April to the beginning of November on a weekly basis (arrival Saturday), except on special dates (public holidays). Please indicate the number of persons and age in your inquiry! We only rent to families and couples (not under 25 years), no groups. The rental price includes all consumption costs (gas, water, electricity) for 4 persons. The car parking space is included. In addition there is the fee for the cleaning team of 55 € (departure Mo-Sa), 80 € (departure Sundays and holidays). We take 200 € deposit, which will be refunded after checking the mobile home, provided there is no damage/pollution and everything is complete. An overnight fee of € (as of 2020) per person/per night, children under 2 years are free of charge, is charged by Juliananhoeve. This fee is not included in the rental price, but includes the visitor's tax, entry to the swimming pool (as often as you like), animation of children/adults, W-LAN on the whole site, as well as the use of facilities. Dirty, mold in the wardrobe and no satisfactory solution on site.
We cannot recommend this accommodation. Upon our arrival, the chalet was, in our opinion, very poorly cleaned. We had to spend about three hours cleaning and tidying up, including the cabinets and the kitchen, before we could unpack our things. The mattress protectors were also dirty with dust, skin flakes, and hair from the previous tenants.
Particularly problematic was mold in the wardrobe in the bedroom and on the curtains. The neighbors sent to us by the landlords also saw the mold on site and then wiped it themselves.
Unfortunately, a satisfactory solution was not offered on site. As a replacement for the soiled mattress protectors, an exchange was only promised after three nights. Since, according to house rules, one may not sleep on the mattresses without mattress protection, this would not have been a practical solution for us. After a lengthy back and forth and clear protest, the cleaning fee was refunded to us afterward. However, this does not change the fact that we had to spend a significant part of our arrival time cleaning and then clarifying the deficiencies.
For us, the condition of the accommodation and the handling of the reported deficiencies significantly affected our vacation.

Summer vacation
Arrival went smoothly. Landlords were reachable at all times. The facility was very clean. Leisure activities for young and old. Food was top-notch. Many sights, also very nice to explore by bike. Sandy beach very beautiful and clean. We would love to come back.

Beautiful short vacation in a cozy mobile home. It is equipped with everything you need. It was clean and we felt comfortable. Nice landlords, we would love to come back again. With what the campsite has to offer, it is recommended.

«Holiday home relaxing holiday Renesse» achieves a holiday rating of 4.6 (rating scale: 1 to 5) at 27 submitted reviews.
Besonders problematisch war Schimmel im Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer und an Vorhängen. Die von den Vermietern zu uns geschickten Nachbarn haben den Schimmel vor Ort ebenfalls gesehen und anschließend selbst abgewischt.
Eine für uns zufriedenstellende Lösung wurde vor Ort leider nicht angeboten. Als Ersatz für die verschmutzten Matratzenschoner wurde ein Austausch erst nach drei Nächten in Aussicht gestellt. Da laut Hausregeln nicht ohne Matratzenschutz auf den Matratzen geschlafen werden darf, wäre das für uns keine praktikable Lösung gewesen.
Nach längerem Hin und Her und deutlichem Protest wurde uns die Reinigungsgebühr im Nachgang zurückerstattet. Das ändert allerdings nichts daran, dass wir einen erheblichen Teil unserer Ankunftszeit mit Putzen und anschließend mit der Klärung der Mängel verbringen mussten.
Für uns hat der Zustand der Unterkunft und der Umgang mit den gemeldeten Mängeln den Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt.
Mit dem, was der Campingplatz alles zu bieten hat, ist dieser zu empfehlen.
Auch fehlt dem Domizil eine dedizierte WLAN‑Anbindung. Man kann zwar das WLAN des Platzes kostenlos nutzen, aber während unseres Aufenthalts an Ostern war es recht voll und das WLAN entsprechend sehr instabil.
Fazit:
Es geht eindeutig besser. Der Aufenthalt in Renesse war wie immer schön – aber diese Unterkunft ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen für die tolle Unterkunft in Ihrem Mobile Home und den erholsamen Urlaub auf dem Campingplatz bedanken. Die gepflegte Anlage und das gemütliche Mobile Home haben maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine unvergessliche Zeit hatten. Wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Nähe zur Strand sehr genossen.
Wie bei allen anderen Charlets und Unterkünften in der Hauptsaison zahlt man eben viel mehr als in der Nebensaison.
Die Abwicklung der Buchung, Betreuung bei Fragen etc, war top.
Der Campingplatz über trifft sich mit Kinderfreundlichkeit und Animation, tolle Umgebung, direkte Strand nähe und viele andere Ausflugsziele sorgen dafür, dass Langeweile gar nicht erst entsteht.
Hier würden wir immer wieder unsere Urlaubstage verbringen!!
Wie erwartet war das Chalet sehr sauber und absolut ausreichend für einen schönen Urlaub.
Dieses Mal hat es uns mehr in die Umgebung gezogen und wir haben die Deltawerke besichtigt. Nur zu empfehlen! Die umliegenden Orte wurden in diesem Urlaub auch mehr besucht. Empfehlung: Burgh Hamstede!
Aber zurück zum Campingplatz Julianahoeve. Da es bzgl. Corona diesen Sommer deutlich entspannter war, durften wir uns tolle Shows ansehen. Zudem wurde wieder viel geboten für die Kids und Teens. Die Schaumparty z. B. war richtig super!
Dank der Empfehlung von Familie Hartmann wurde auch ein Besuch beim Burger-Bus am Grevelinger Meer spontan geplant. Die Kibbelinge dort sind sehr zu empfehlen :-)
Der Kontakt mit Sonja und Clemens Hartmann war super herzlich (danke nochmal für den tollen Abend auf dem Platz :-)).
Also alles in allem wieder ein rundum gelungener Urlaub im Chalet von Familie Hartmann auf dem wunderschönen Campingplatz Julianahoeve!

Wie schon beim ersten Urlaub hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Sauberkeit im Chalet ist super.
Im Küchenbereich war alles tiptop und mit vielen Utensilien ausgestattet.
Schön ist, dass vor den Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht wurden (auch beim ersten Mal schon so).
Die Lage ist auch total gut. Man ist fix morgens beim Supermarkt sowie mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch am Naturschutzgebiet und dann direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand.
Nach Renesse kommt man auch ziemlich fix zu Fuß oder per Rad über einen schönen Geh-/Radweg.
Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Sache dort.

Das Chalet hatte alles, was man braucht und ist sogar gut für Kinder ausgestattet.

der Platz ist absolut spitze und hat auch in den anspruchsvollen Zeiten von Corona gute Lösung parat gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Umsicht und Weiblick gestaltet worden, ganz hervorragend. Was zu erwähnen ist, ist das nicht durchgängig hinreichend verfügbare WLAN-Signal vom Platz und die ein oder andere Ameise - beides für uns absolut okay und in keinster Weise für die Gesamtbeurteilung anzurechnend.
Der Ort und die Landschaft sind wunderbar.
Wir hatten einen erholsamen und kurzweiligen Urlaub und würde gerne wiederkehren.
Es war sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Auch an die Kleinsten ist gedacht worden (Bollerwagen, Sandspielzeug, Bücher, Spiele vor Ort)
Der Kontakt war freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Anlage bietet alles was das Kinder- und Elternherz begehrt und auch der Strand lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal.
