Description
Hidden in the greenery lies the vacation home "De Bramenwei", which you can reach via a shell path. The house was partially furnished in 2022 with a new and cozy interior. In the large garden (over 1,2 hectares!) you can enjoy the rural life of Zeeland undisturbed. Deer and fallow deer can be spotted here almost daily. The covered terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, including a picnic table and a lounge corner. Here you can end a day at the beach in the evening sun with the warmth and coziness of the outdoor fireplace. Of course, the barbecue is not missing.
About 10 minutes walk away are the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland. The lively center of Renesse is less than 5 minutes walk away. There you will find numerous cozy restaurants and stores. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is suitable for splendid hiking and biking trips.
The spacious hallway provides access to the living room and kitchen on one side. In the partly newly furnished living room is a comfortable sitting area with a cozy fireplace. The adjoining dining area can seat 6 people. There is digital TV with many German channels. From the living room you have a beautiful, unobstructed view of the greenery.
The kitchen is simple but equipped with all comforts, including a gas stove with oven/grill, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer (SMEG). Behind the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the other side of the hallway is the sleeping area. In total you have three bedrooms: one bedroom is equipped with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed (90x190). All bedrooms have a sink and ample closet space. Although this house has six beds, she is rented only to a maximum of 4 adults and two children.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink. In the hallway there is a separate toilet.
The house is centrally heated. There is free wifi. The house has plenty of parking on its own grounds. In the garden house you can, for example, park their bicycles.
Due to the wonderful atmosphere and the unique location of the vacation home "De Bramenwei" you will have an unforgettable vacation on the coast of Zeeland!

Location and surroundings of object
Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach stands this beautiful detached bungalow. Renesse is a popular vacation and excursion destination. The spacious area can be easily explored by bike or on foot. The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.

Our experience
We found the green surroundings and the location very pleasant (ten minutes walk to the centre of the village, 14 minutes to the beach). We slept well in the large bedroom. The cleanliness was almost good. In the small bedrooms, we noticed toothpaste/soap residue from previous guests on the sinks or glass shelves. The handle of the skylight window above the dining table was covered in cobwebs and there were dead flies next to it. Otherwise everything was ok.
The kitchen and utility room are equipped with new large electrical appliances such as fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. But the extractor bonnet and the sink in the worktop, which we found unsightly, should be replaced as they are probably as old as the house (estimated 15-20 years). Heating and hot water worked great.
We had excellent service when we complained about seven German TV programmes that were initially blocked. They were unlocked on the same day, so that a total of 12 German channels were selectable.
All in all, we will be happy to come back!
