Description
Very well equipped chalet on the park Julianahoeve, very popular with children and families, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach.
The chalet is equipped as follows:
2 bedrooms (1 spacious bedroom with double bed ( 140*180) and another bedroom ( 120*180) with flat screen TV,
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Senseo pad machine + coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The little ones were also provided with a high chair and a travel bed.
A modern bathroom with shower and WC is also included.
The WC is again in an extra room.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to the sofa bed. In addition to this there is an additional seating area where, for example, meals can be taken.
4 bicycles (1x with child seat) which can be used at your own risk, as well as a handcart, children's toys etc. are also included in the inventory.
A spacious garden house with various garden furniture for the beautiful days, round the offer off.
A parking space for the car is also available next to the chalet.

On arrival Julianahoeve charges a camping fee (tourist tax) of 5,25 € /day/person from 2 years.
This fee has to be paid directly to Julianahoeve at the reception and you will be charged
IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE, it includes the visitor's tax and the use of all facilities (heated swimming pool with 2 slides / indoor playgrounds / bouncy castle / climbing equipment / various slides and several outdoor playgrounds a playground for the youngest, cinema, football pitch, climbing scaffolds and play domes, brasserie, cozy pub, snack restaurant and animation team , free W-LAN Internet access
No rental to young single travellers and travellers under 21 years of age.

The long sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. In addition to several playgrounds for children, there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a snack bar on the course itself
In the swimming pool there is a water playground as well as an area for small children. There is also a separate Ü 18 area with steam sauna, infrared sauna and whirlpool
The city is just a few minutes away by bike. Here you will find cosy restaurants and bars, as well as a good selection of clothing shops and other shops.

| The rental price includes the costs for gas, water and electricity as well as a pitch directly at the chalet. The fee is 50 € or can be done by yourself on request. The deposit is 150,00 € and will be refunded within 14 days at the latest provided that no defects, damages or other damages are found. In addition there are 5,25 € per person per night tourist tax / overnight fee, which have to be paid at the reception on arrival. |

- Free cancellation option until 45 days before the day of arrival.
- Bis zum 45. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 20 % ( mind. jedoch 45 € ) des Gesamtpreises. Rücktritt bis zum 35. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit : 50% des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises. Rücktritt bis zum 15. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit : 80% des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises, danach und bei bei Nichterscheinen: 100 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Chalet und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

great 5* short holiday in a super equipped chalet, everything was fine :-)
We were able to spontaneously spend a few free days in the chalet
The uncomplicated contact with the landlords, the super nice chalet and the extensive equipment were great. There were bicycles for parents and children, and even some sand toys. Even a handcart was available. We will definitely come back again. Greetings from Lower Saxony.

Hello dear prospective tenants, we rent here our privately used chalet on the beautiful square Julianhoeve in Renesse. Who already knows the place knows how great it is here, both on the place and in the surroundings. Bad weather is very rare here. In every season there is a lot to see, no matter if you are young or old. For these and many other reasons, we decided a few years ago to buy our own chalet for ourselves and our two children and to spend as much time as possible here. In the remaining times, we want to make it available to other families or couples, in order to make also for you a beautiful time at a good price-performance ratio possible here.
