Villa BB is a modern and luxurious holiday home in a quiet location, just 4 km from the charming medieval town of Bale and 10 km from the coastal town of Rovinj.
Surrounded by other elegant houses, the villa offers privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests.
The outdoor area includes a spacious, 50 m² heated saltwater pool with sun loungers and a large terrace, providing peace and relaxation throughout the day. Guests can also use an outdoor dining area with an electric grill.
The villa’s interiors combine contemporary architecture with carefully selected designer furniture and valuable artworks, giving the house a unique character. Inside, the villa offers a bright and spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area. Villa BB features four comfortable bedrooms, four private bathrooms, and a separate WC.
For additional relaxation and well-being, guests have access to a private sauna with shower.
For all those who wish to stay fit during their stay, the villa offers an outdoor fitness area on the balcony. This is equipped with a weight bench and several dumbbells, thus providing ideal conditions for light strength training. Private parking is available on site.
