Absolute privacy includes a fence around the property. The pool is just a few meters from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Quiet and peaceful environment of country life is perfected with the singing of birds and the gentle refreshing breeze in the trees. For children there are swings, badminton, frisbee and a trampoline.
Beautiful beaches and small private bays are only 15 minutes away.
You can spend sunny days lying in the sun or in the shade of a parasol, in the pool or in the sea, trips to the surroundings or walks in the meadows and forests. A romantic dinner by candlelight and the clear starry sky will bring joy. A bottle of excellent Istrian wine and a cheese platter deep into the night will give you an aphrodisiac subtlety.

Krmed is a small village, with friendly people, in a quiet area. Around the village there are many meadows and forests, with hiking and cycling trails.
The sea, the beautiful west coast of Istria with romantic sunsets, is 10 minutes by car from Villa Roza.
The beaches nearby are long, there are many coves with beautiful pebble beaches.
The nearest shop is in Smoljanci, 3 km from the villa. There are many good restaurants within 20 minutes.
Rovinj is a beautiful old romantic town, 25 minutes from Villa Roza. With many street artists, galleries, beautiful beaches, restaurants, beautiful views and concerts.
Within 30 to 35 minutes all interesting places in Istria are accessible, as for example
Pula - the largest city in Istria, has an amphiteatar, arena, a Roman historic building, and the old city center, with the cobbled streets, souveinrs etc ...
In Pula you can visit many concerts, a film festival, explore the ancient Roman architecture and one of the largests colloseums in the area.
Porec - the largest tourist center in Croatia, always filled with events to local islands (I think Valamar Jazz Festival is in this period), Venetian style of the city, with the organized cruises, many nightclubs, ...
Brioni Islands - the national park houses a zoo, you can reach it by boat from Faana, near Pula, with ancient runes, Yugoslav museum, and usually very well kept, luxurious ...
The inner Istria - Groznjan, Motovun, - The ancient medieval towns in the inner parts of Istria, they have a special spirit, with their narrow streets, staircases, old buildings, and of course the great landscapes.
Rabac - the eastern Istrian coast - the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic,
And of course Venice is a good choice, there is a speedboat from Porec and Pula.
And in addition we have reccommend Plitvice lakes, a few hours drive from Krmed, the beautiful lakes filled with streams and waterfalls. a day trip.

A beautiful vacation
The holiday house has a great host. Irena welcomed us, and there was a bottle of wine, liqueur, cake, and other treats ready for our stay. In the second week, we received another homemade cake and liqueur. Really top-notch and very nice.
The holiday house is located in a quiet area, and you need a car, but you know that before you book. It is nicely arranged and has a great pool, where we were able to have a wonderful time, and our dog could move freely on the completely fenced property.
It was a lovely vacation in Krmed.
