Tauber Relax Loft
Tauberbischofsheim
The exceptionally designed, very lovingly furnished loft is located about 5 km from Tauberbischofsheim in the village of Hochhausen directly on the Tauber bike path.
From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable in the apartment equipped with all amenities: from the drinks provided in the fridge, to the high-quality technical devices, furnishings, and accessories, to a professionally designed, detailed information folder, no wishes were left unfulfilled. After bike tours on the already cooler autumn days, the modern sauna was a cozy place to relax. The fireplace in the evening and an acoustically brilliant sound system provided comfort.
The attentive, extremely hospitable, and helpful landlords were always reachable.
The car could be parked in a large garage, which also accommodated and charged the e-bikes.
Shopping options and restaurants are easily accessible by bike or car. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return.

The Black Forest is a globally known region. The pristine nature, regional specialties, traditional customs, and pleasant climate attract people year after year. Rivers, forests, waterfalls, moors, high pastures, and more - that's the Black Forest. A region for connoisseurs, those seeking relaxation, and active vacationers. Here too, there are numerous affordable apartments and holiday homes available for a dream vacation. Dogs are generally welcome in the apartments and houses. Ulm is an extremely popular destination. Ulm Minster is the city's landmark. But right across, you get to see the next highlight with the white, modern city hall. The city library appears as a glass pyramid. Ulm has impressively mixed tradition and modernity. Baden-Württemberg is also a land of castles and palaces. Heidelberg Castle is world-famous and considered the epitome of romance. It was built in the 13th century by the Counts Palatine by the Rhine as their first residence. Today, the castle with its Renaissance palaces is one of the top cultural monuments in Germany. Tip: Don't miss the famous castle garden "Hortus Palatinus." Hohenzollern Castle is considered one of the most beautiful and most visited castles in Europe. Here you get a breathtaking panoramic view over the Swabian Jura. Particularly impressive: The treasury with memorabilia of Frederick the Great. Ludwigsburg Residential Palace is also a highlight concerning historical Baden-Württemberg. The palace is also known as "Swabian Versailles." It is the largest original preserved Baroque palace complex in Germany.
Have you found a holiday accommodation, an apartment, or a holiday home to rent in the "Ländle" travel destination? Are you staying in the Central Black Forest, Main-Tauber-Kreis, Stuttgart, or Rhein-Neckar-Kreis? Choose a perfect starting point to not miss the various highlights of Baden-Württemberg. The city of Freiburg im Breisgau is one of these attractions. The historic city center and the lifestyle at the green foothills of the Black Forest are unique. The city of Heidelberg is also worth a day trip. More than 200 years ago, Goethe wrote: "The city, with its location and its entire surroundings, has, one might say, something ideal." Heidelberg is a charming and romantic city that has managed to connect the past with the present. Lake Constance is also part of Baden-Württemberg. Tip: Visit Mainau Island, also known as the Flower Island. Here, you will experience a lush splendor of blooms, an over 150-year-old tree population, a Mediterranean character, and a beautiful Baroque castle complex with gardens and a church nearby. Mainau Island is also a true paradise for children. Now rent a cozy holiday accommodation or an apartment, one of the villas, or a house, for example in Konstanz or in Titisee-Neustadt, tailored to your personal wishes and in a prime location, and enjoy relaxing holidays full of excursions with your loved ones.
Europa-Park in Rust is the big highlight for the whole family. Experience over 100 attractions and dreamlike shows in 15 themed areas. Here, not only children but also young-at-heart adults will have a great time. SENSAPOLIS near Stuttgart is another popular amusement park for families. On 10,000 square meters, there is an action and climbing world, an exciting knowledge area, or spectacular shows. Here, children can romp around while learning more about the history and research in Baden-Württemberg. Things are quieter at the Lake Constance Therme Überlingen. Enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the lake while relaxing to the fullest. Besides a thermal area, there are also adventure areas for children. Sports pools, family slides, tube slides, and a parent-child area ensure great fun for both young and old. Baden-Württemberg and the Black Forest are ideally suited for family vacations, as well as for a holiday with a dog. With the whole family and dog, it's also worth exploring beautiful places like Titisee-Neustadt, Baden-Baden, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, or Lauda-Königshofen. Tip: Here too, there are some cozy accommodations, holiday homes, villas, and apartments in prime locations available privately. Hiking is also optimal in the High Black Forest and the Southern Black Forest. Schluchsee is a climatic health resort in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park in southwestern Baden-Württemberg by the lake of the same name, the largest lake in the Black Forest. There, you will find numerous suitable idyllic hiking trails.
A diverse and independent cuisine characterizes the Black Forest, the Rhine-Neckar region, or Baden-Württemberg. Here, there are the most Michelin-starred chefs, and thus, an excellent haute cuisine. Many inns offer regional specialties, but also international cuisine. Especially in South Baden, there are several "Straußwirtschaften." Here you can enjoy typical regional food at mostly affordable prices. The houses are often operated by wineries, so you always get a matching wine with your meal. In Baden-Württemberg, wines such as Silvaner, Pinot Noir, Müller-Thurgau, Black Riesling, or Schiller wine are cultivated. Baden-Württemberg also has a strong beer tradition - mostly with smaller, regional breweries. A typical dish is, for example, Maultaschen. Stuffed pasta dough with minced meat, spinach, eggs, nutmeg, onions, pepper, and salt. Spätzle is also popular beyond the region. A type of noodle that is often eaten as a side dish with meat, vegetables, or sauerkraut. Lake Constance whitefish is a typical fish from Lake Constance, often grilled in butter and served blue. A sweet specialty is the Fastnachtsküchle. Sweet yeast dough is fried in cooking fat and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. So, look forward to a culinary delightful holiday in your affordable apartment or private holiday home in Baden-Württemberg.
There are six cultural sites in Baden-Württemberg that are designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This includes Maulbronn Monastery - a completely preserved medieval monastery complex. Here you can expect exhibitions, market days, concerts, or themed tours. The Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes is also part of the cultural heritage. It was the border fortification of the Roman Empire. Today, you can walk, cycle, or hike there - even with a dog. Numerous historical monuments and buildings remind us of a turbulent history. In Aalen, the Limes Museum invites you to take a deeper look into Roman history. Benedictine monks founded a monastery on the island of Reichenau over 1,200 years ago, which is also part of the UNESCO heritage. Specifically, the valuable illuminated manuscripts, which you can view in the Reichenau Museum. Equally impressive: During the Stone and Bronze Ages, pile dwellings were built in Upper Swabia and Lake Constance. During a tour through a reconstructed village and in the museum, you can experience the world of our ancestors in an impressive way. In 1927, 17 architects built the Weissenhof Estate on the Killesberg. Two of these houses are now also part of the UNESCO World Heritage. A fascinating testimony to avant-garde architecture. Another World Heritage site is located in six caves on the Swabian Jura. Archaeologists found around 50 sculptures there, created by humans about 40,000 years ago. No other place in the world has found older art objects to date. An impressive attraction.
The state and travel destination of Baden-Württemberg, also known as "Ländle," has existed since 1952. Its largest cities include the state capital Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Freiburg, Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, Reutlingen, and Ulm—perfect for a city trip! To the north, Baden-Württemberg borders the Odenwald and Tauberland. To the east, the border runs over Frankenhöhe and Ries, along the Iller and Danube rivers. To the west, it borders the Upper Rhine, and to the south, the High Rhine and the Lake Constance. The geographical center is located in Tübingen. If you are traveling by plane to your accommodation, holiday home, or apartment, for example in Titisee-Neustadt, you can land at the large international airport in Stuttgart. There are also regional airports in Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, Friedrichshafen, and Memmingen (Bavaria), Strasbourg (France), or the Euroairport Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg. All major places in Baden-Württemberg are also connected to the German Rail network. Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Ulm, Heidelberg, and Mannheim have connections to the ICE network. The bus network is also well-developed, and even smaller places are regularly served. You can also arrive by boat on rivers such as the Neckar or Rhine, or even across Lake Constance. Of course, arriving by car is also quite convenient. From the north, you can take the A5 and A81 highways. From the west, the A6 and A8 run. Rent a cozy holiday accommodation or an apartment, one of the villas, or a house in a prime location, such as in Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, and enjoy a relaxing stay tailored to your personal wishes, full of excursions and opportunities to unwind.
The most beautiful destinations in Baden-Württemberg are the places Obersee, Konstanz and Lindau. Here you can experience the authentic life of the region and feel at home in cozy holiday houses and apartments.
