The charmingly rustic 75m² deluxe holiday flat "Mühlenwörth Relax Quartier" is idyllically situated on the outskirts of Hochhausen, a district of the county town of Tauberbischofsheim. The "Main-Tauber-Fränkische - Radachter" cycle route runs directly through Tauberbischofsheim, not far from the romantic road. Of course, we offer a covered parking space with a socket for e-bikes, as well as a car parking space directly at the house. The ground-floor holiday home with loft character offers a 75m² wellness oasis for spontaneous cooling off in the outdoor pool during the sunny months and pure relaxation in the sauna or hot tub with a water temperature of 39°C during the cooler months from October to April. Extra-large towels and bathrobes in various sizes are available for you to relax in. Beautiful here - comfort that fulfils holiday dreams.
Conditions/Extras
When booking, we expect a deposit of 50% of the total price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the landlord after booking. An advance payment of 100% will be charged before arrival. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellations, 80% of the total price will be charged.
Room description
In the bedroom "Alte Werkstatt" with double bed you can put down your suitcase directly and let it rest. Depending on your needs, you can quickly and easily hang your clothes on the hangers, or you can just arrive and relax. In the "old milking parlour" there are additional sleeping facilities for 1-2 people, although this can also be a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove for romantic hours. All beds are made up and have additional relaxing pillows as standard. We can provide a change of bed linen if required. In the daylight bathroom, a wellness rain shower with plenty of towels, a free power socket, hooks for towels or other utensils and a hairdryer leave nothing to be desired. Have you worked up an appetite? Your culinary delights and a balanced breakfast can be prepared with pleasure in the dream kitchen. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher help to ensure that you have plenty of time to enjoy your meal. The cupboards are stocked with standard cooking utensils and plenty of crockery for serving. Of course, there is also plenty of space for your shopping. Bon appetit! Delicious meals are served at the large regulars' table and from time to time sociable hours are spent playing board games. Cheers! If you prefer a cold beer and grilled steak and sausage, we have a charcoal barbecue in front of the house with a "beer garden feeling". Here you can round off the evening in the romantic light. For all fans of currywurst, schnitzel with gravy and chips, etc., a wonderful beer garden next door invites you to linger during the summer months. After a day's holiday with excursions, a visit to the outdoor pool, thermal baths, cycling, a boat trip on the Main, kayaking on the Tauber, sightseeing, shopping, a visit to the playground (100m) etc., you can relax in the living room on the seating area with a good book or film on the TV and let the day come to an end. Further facilities: DVD, audio CD player, WIFI-enabled music system, iron with sprayer, ironing board, hairdryer, cocktail glasses, board games, barbecue, stereo system, smoking terrace, free WLAN use and table tennis table. Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 15.00 hrs. Departure until 10.00 am. The keys are handed over via a key safe. You will receive the key code by e-mail after booking. For the use of the sauna and the hot tube - whirlpool we only charge the resulting energy costs. Sauna - 10,00EUR for 2 hours and for each additional hour 2,50EUR. Hot Tube - 10,00EUR for the first heating up to approx. 39°C and for the reheating the next day 2,50EUR
