Our non-smoking holiday flat is located on the ground floor. The sunny living room is equipped with satellite TV, stereo equipment, free telephone to the German landline, board games and books. In the bedroom there is an alarm clock, iron and, on request, an additional cot. A high chair is also available. The shower / WC is tiled, hairdryer / make-up mirror are available. So that you can enjoy your meals in the cosy sitting area, we have equipped our fitted kitchen with coffee machine, water and egg boiler as well as toaster, microwave and blender. Included in the price are bed and table linen, towels and tea towels. Additional blankets and pillows are also available. We offer our guests a shopping service before arrival on request. Electricity, water and heating are also included. Holiday flat type B: 50 sqm, for 2 persons. A storage room for sports equipment is available.

Experience largely untouched nature, culture and tradition in the heart of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park - right at the foot of the Feldberg. Relax in this beautiful landscape. For our guests all public transport you are your holiday in our beautiful holiday flat. Bernau is considered the most beautiful high valley in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park and has long been an insider tip among nature and hiking enthusiasts. 100 km of hiking trails open up the 900 m high and eight kilometre long high valley. This bear-strong landscape is made for hiking, relaxing and feeling good.
Minimum rental period 1 week, short term on request! The last renovation was carried out for our guests in 2011.
The good air, the landscape, the time you have on holiday challenge you. Movement and creativity are the order of the day. ... finally time for hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, paragliding and, and, and. In Bernau in the Black Forest, a centre for Nordic Walking has been established together with the Southern Black Forest Nature Park and the German Sport University Cologne. Specially designated routes, information boards, courses for beginners and advanced walkers, pulse-measuring stations, guided tours and pole hire make Nordic Walking in Bernau the ideal sport for young and old. Cross-country skiing, downhill, slalom and snowboarding, snow tubing, tobogganing, winter hiking trails, qualified ski school and lots of fun in the snow. Very nice accommodation and nice landlords
We had a great holiday in this beautiful accommodation, even though we didn't have the best weather, but in this apartment you could feel very comfortable and the landlords were very nice and always helpful and even a welcome cake for us and our dog :-) Thank you again.

Better than expected!
We had a lovely time in Gisela's apartment. The pictures don't do justice to the accommodation. It is spacious and clean, and at the same time cozy. The beds were comfortable, and it is lovely to sit outside on the balcony. Everything has been thought of: plenty of kitchen supplies, some toiletry products to get you started, games, information about things to do, etc.
Gisela and Sigfried are very welcoming, kind hosts. We were pleasantly surprised by them with a cake now and then, so thoughtful!
We stayed for two weeks, and there were plenty of things to do to keep us entertained during this period of time. We would definitely recommend this place to family, friends, and other travelers!

Very recommendable/Highly recommended
We were warmly welcomed by the host. After a tour of the immaculate, really clean apartment, we could move in. There was really nothing missing, we felt right at home. The covered balcony, where we spent evenings, also offered a wonderful view of the mountains around Bernau. Our hosts had an open ear for all questions and always had an answer ready. We explored a lot and saw a lot, albeit not everything the Black Forest has to offer, and we decided to come back again.

Great holiday flat
Very nice holiday flat with perfect furnishings; nothing is missing and it is very clean!
Mr. and Mrs. Szkwarek are perfect hosts and pamper the guests so that you immediately feel well taken care of.
Large garden and a beautiful view of the Black Forest from the balcony. Our dog also felt very comfortable.
The location offers a good starting point for hikes in the Upper Black Forest, at the Feldberg, at Schluchsee and Titisee. St. Blasien and Todtmoos are also worthwhile destinations nearby!
In short, it was a lovely 3 weeks that we spent there!

Relaxed holiday
We felt very comfortable in the Szkwarek family's holiday flat. The flat is really very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Bernau valley. Many beautiful hiking trails can be reached directly from there and it is not far to the shopping facilities with a very good bakery and café. The fact that Mrs. and Mr. Swkwarek are very friendly and accommodating people, who also took in our dog in a friendly manner, rounded off the stay for us. Only one downer remains, the holiday was over too quickly. We will have to come back to Bernauer in the beautiful southern Black Forest.

Highly recommended!
We were greeted very kindly and friendly by the Szkwarek family. The apartment is very cozy and fully equipped and very clean. Nothing was missing. From the covered balcony, you have a good view over the Bernau high valley. The location is ideal for hiking in the area. Excursions to Schluchsee, Titisee, Feldberg, and Freiburg are recommended. We definitely recommend the vacation apartment.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Hochtal von Bernau. Sehr zentral, ideal für Wanderungen auf die umgebenden Bergipfel. Auch der Feldberg ist gut zu erwandern. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden und man blickt direkt ins Hochtal.
Auch Lörrach/Basel sowie Freiburg sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe bzw. im nächsten Ort vorhanden.

Wir waren begeistert von der herzlichen Begrüßung der Fam. Szkwarek. ....wir hatten Teilchen zur Begrüßung, Betthupferl auf dem Kopfkissen und sogar für unsere Sammy waren Leckerchen da!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an
nichts.
Nicht zu vergessen das alles pico bello sauber war!!!
Würden diese Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder für unseren Urlaub mieten.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub
Unser erster Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Begrüßung durch das Ehepaar Szkwarek war sehr herzlich, so dass wir uns gleich wohl fühlten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich mit allem Komfort eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es wurde an alles gedacht: Infomaterial für Ausflüge, Romane,Gesellschaftsspiele u.v.m. Der überdachte Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen lädt zum Relaxen ein. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns gut erholt. Wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden und Familie weiter.

Mehr als zufrieden...........
Ich fand eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor. Hier fehlte nichts, alles wurde gut durchdacht und die Bedürfnisse der Urlauber berücksichtigt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere weil alles sauber war. Diese Fe-Wohnung hat ihre 4 Sterne verdient. Meine Radon-Kur habe ich in Menzenschwand, ca. 8 km entfernt genießen können. St. Blasien ist ca. 7 km entfernt und hatte alle Geschäfte zum Einkaufen und Bummeln. Sehenswert sind der Dom und die City mit den kleinen Gassen und historischen Gebäuden. Kleine Boutiquen, Geschäfte, Modehäuser etc. laden zum Bummeln und reichliche Restaurants laden zum Schlemmern ein. Drei Wochen mit überwiegend herrlichem Wetter trugen dazu bei, dass ich mich bestens erholen konnte. Der Abschied von dort fiel mir nicht leicht. Vielen Dank an Frau und Herrn Szkwarek, es war schön bei Euch.

super ausgestattete gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht, inkl. eines sehr praktischen Brötchenservices. Eine so toll ausgestattete und ordentliche Ferienwohnung haben wir selten gesehen. Alles Picobello! Wir haben uns einfach sofort wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz für 2 Personen, vom Balkon hat man man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Umgebung lässt sich von hier prima erkunden. Tipps und Infomaterial für Ausflüge liegen ebenfalls bereit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann
Das Ferienhaus würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr heimisch gefühlt. Unser Bernersennenhund war auch von Anfang an dort zu Hause. die Familie Gisela und Sigfried Szkwarek waren einfach herzlich, freundlich und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Der Urlaub war von Anfang an für uns in dieser Wohnung sehr erholsam. Wir bedanken uns nochmal sehr herzlich bei der Familie.

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zweimal Gast im Ferienappartement Gisela und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Vermieter, die Familie Szkwarek, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und würden auch dafür die volle Punktzahl mit fünf Sternen vergeben. Wir und unsere kleiner Hund, der sehr willkommen war, werden in jedem Fall dort wieder Urlaub machen und können die Ferienunterkunft weiterempfehlen.
