The farmhouse built in 1892 was extensively renovated in 2011/12 and today harmoniously combines tradition and modernity. The upscale furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The house has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV.

Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace while the children play in the garden. The covered lounge seating area offers a wonderful view over meadows and forests. After extensive hikes, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere – ideal for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine or a good book from the reading corner. For additional moments of well-being, a whirlpool is available. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen also delights everyone who enjoys cooking together.

Families are warmly welcome: a playground as well as numerous games and children's books provide entertainment for the little guests. For older children, table tennis in the barn, badminton, and soccer are available. Baby beds and high chairs are provided free of charge.

On 140 m² of living space, you will find a tastefully furnished house with great attention to detail. The light-flooded living area on the ground floor is equipped with high-quality anthracite-colored stone tiles. Exposed sandstone columns, antique wooden beams, and visible half-timbering give the house a special atmosphere. The terrace is accessible both from the living room and from the open-plan kitchen. A high-quality teak seating group and a covered lounge area invite you to linger. Via the modern staircase you reach the upper floor with three cozy bedrooms and a large daylight bathroom.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is idyllically situated on a plateau between Alpirsbach and Loßburg, nestled in a small hamlet and surrounded by forest and meadows. It is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, or jogging routes directly from the house. Alternatively, you can enjoy relaxing hours on the spacious terrace of around 100 m², while the children play in the private garden. Numerous attractions of the Black Forest as well as cities such as Baden-Baden, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, and Freiburg im Breisgau can be reached in about an hour by car. The Europa-Park in Rust offers entertainment for all age groups. In the immediate vicinity, among others, the Barefoot Park in Freudenstadt, the Magic Land in Loßburg, as well as the popular Rafting Trail invite you to excursions. In summer, the outdoor pools in Loßburg, Alpirsbach, and Schenkenzell or the bathing lakes in Baden provide refreshment – ideal to combine with a trip to Strasbourg or Alsace. In winter, the snowy landscape delights with cross-country trails, lifts, and tobogganing opportunities, for example along the Schwarzwaldhochstraße or on the toboggan run in Loßburg. The region also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine: cozy inns with regional dishes, rustic snack bars, and the Michelin-starred restaurants in Baiersbronn, about 30 km away, will delight gourmets. Alternatively, you can use the modern, comfortably equipped kitchen and enjoy your self-prepared meal on the terrace.

Arrive, come in and feel good

Our stay in the Black Forest Lounge was so beautiful that we are still reminiscing about it weeks later. Arrive, come in and immediately feel as comfortable as if you had furnished it yourself. If you could buy the cottage, we would be there right away. The cosy modern furnishings, which already appealed to us in the pictures, immediately made us feel at home. The tranquillity and beautiful surroundings were worth many photos. The handling before and after the stay was smooth and uncomplicated. The terrace and the garden were used for playing and relaxing at any time of the day. We will gladly come back and try out the other accommodations.

Great holiday

We had wonderful days with our family. The holiday home is beautifully furnished, everything is in good shape and the published photos correspond to reality. There was enough room for five of us, even if someone wanted to withdraw. All rooms are large, clean and lovingly furnished. The bathroom is comfortable and well equipped. We were even greeted with fresh flowers! But the best thing is the peace and quiet. We have decided to come back again.

A word about the "bureaucracy" and the booking: the team always answered immediately and was available for questions. Mrs. Götz, the manager, was always available by mobile phone. You are well organised! In short: Black Forest Lounge, we'll see you again!

Really great holiday to relax.

The house is a dream and equipped with a lot of love. The rooms are very spacious and offer more than enough space for 6 people. We cooked a lot and were more than satisfied with the kitchen equipment. The peace and quiet is a pleasure and so we recovered wonderfully from everyday life. We would love to come back.

Holiday of the highest quality

We have visited Lindenbuch frequently, in all seasons. We probably are part of the fixtures by now. Oh, it's just lovely here. A true oasis. We place great importance on cleanliness, order, and quality. Therefore, the house offers everything you need, and that at a high level. Even the weather is taken care of, so we always had great weather. Just a few streets away, in Loßburg or Alpirsbach, all the shops for daily needs can be found. The next stay is already booked.

For the second time vacation in a beautiful spot on earth.

We were at Chalet Lindenbuch for the 2nd time, it is a dreamy place to relax and unwind. The kids have plenty of space to play, with a playground in the garden. Inside, there are many toys for children. The house is lovingly furnished and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. Surrounding it are meadows and forests, yet you can also quickly reach beautiful places like Alpirsbach. The landlords are super nice. We will definitely come for a 3rd time.

Absolutely recommendable

We (2 moms with 3 kids each + grandpa) had a great week of vacation in this well-equipped holiday home. Everything needed for a relaxed holiday was available, and the hiking trails right from the house were perfect for us as they were also suitable for strollers.

The landlords were very friendly, and even though we unfortunately couldn't meet in person due to Corona, they responded promptly to email inquiries, etc. Moreover, before arrival, we received all the necessary information to find our way around on-site. Well done!

We can only recommend this property!

Toller Urlaub

We arrived as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 & 9) together with the grandparents. We spent wonderful days at Chalet Lindenbuch. We really enjoyed it. The house is great and simply fantastic. The surroundings and activities were huge. Upon arrival, everything was ready, and we could enjoy our holiday from the first minute. The beds were made, all information was on the table, and it was warm and cozy. We have experienced many vacation homes/apartments before. But none has been so well-equipped until now. Especially the kitchen is just great with its equipment and the large table for cozy gatherings. We highly recommend this house 100% and will definitely come back to a Black Forest Lounge house.

Vacation in a beautiful corner of the earth

We spent a week at Chalet Lindenbuch with our two young children (3/5) and felt very comfortable from the beginning! The property, the lovingly furnished house, the peace and nature, simply wonderful. Everything is there to enjoy a relaxing, quiet vacation. We also want to praise the information provided in advance about restaurants, leisure activities in the region, and shopping tips. Fantastic! We will come back.

We spent just under a week at the Lindenbuch holiday home with 2 adults and 4 children and are absolutely thrilled. The house leaves nothing to be desired. The cleanliness and fresh flowers in every room especially appealed to us. There were plenty of toys for the children, as well as a selection of books and CDs for both young and old. The stove kept us warm on rainy and cool autumn days and created a cozy and homely atmosphere. We felt at home from the first day. The location is unique and shows the Black Forest at one of its most beautiful sides. A heavenly place on Earth! We will definitely come back and can only recommend this house! Everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Great family holiday

We were guests at the Schwarzwald-Lounge with 6 adults and three toddlers. From entering the house to leaving, we felt very comfortable, and we can only recommend the house, especially for families. The rooms are spacious, the house and kitchen are well equipped, and it has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a small playground. There are even toys, bicycles, and a table tennis table available. The correspondence when booking and check-in and check-out were smooth. Check-out worked great. Directly from the house, hikes are possible, and the kids can also try out their biking skills in front of the house due to very low traffic. In the nearby Alpirsbach, all shopping can be done. We will definitely come back.

Eine tolle Woche für die Familie

We were there with six adults and a toddler and had a great time. The outwardly inconspicuous house offers a great atmosphere to feel comfortable. The very quiet location of the house was just right for us to unwind. In the surrounding area, there are many beautiful excursion options. We visited, among other things, the Magic Land in Loßburg and the Experimenta Museum in Freudenstadt. The Grandfather Fir Tree was very impressive. We can definitely recommend the Black Forest Lounge Lindenbuch.

Beautiful house in a romantic location.

After traveling over 100 km by bicycle and getting lost in the woods during a thunderstorm and rain (Caution: Lindenbuch is not Lossburg :-) we arrived exhausted but satisfied at the charming house and enjoyed a hot shower. The bathroom, like the rest of the furnishings, is very modern and well-maintained. Nevertheless, the charm of earlier times was preserved during the renovation of the house built in 1892. The location is wildly romantic and secluded in a small hamlet on the edge of the forest and near the 24 farms, which are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay as a group of five. The whole time, it feels like you have taken a journey back in time. Highly recommended is a trip to the Alpirsbach Monastery.

Peace and relaxation. Pure relaxation.

Offered: Urban hustle and bustle with lively nightlife until the early morning hours in close proximity? Shopping opportunities around the corner? Perfect connection to city bus lines in all directions. Bus stop in front of the house? Spartan furnishings? NO, NO, not here. Those seeking that are completely wrong here!
The property is located somewhat secluded, in a small hamlet. The entire living area is top equipped and spacious. Since we were only two people, we didn't use many of the amenities. Very important for us: Everything is clean and well-maintained! Plenty of wonderful peace and quiet! This is a place where you can reconnect with yourself. We rarely had such a relaxing holiday. We can't say much about meadows or fields because there was simply too much snow. We'll take a closer look next autumn! Our contact with the landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating. The handling of all formalities was absolutely reliable and professional. Thank you for the lovely vacation. We will come back soon and gladly.

Fantastic farmhouse in very quiet surroundings

A farmhouse renovated with much love, in which one feels extremely comfortable. The description and the pictures on the internet are absolutely right. During the day, there is much to discover in the surroundings for nature lovers and those interested in history. In the evening, the fire in the beautiful stove creates a cosy atmosphere. Of the recommended restaurants in the area, the Italian "Bella Roma" in Alpirsbach appealed to us very much.
Sympathetic and uncomplicated landlady. Everything perfect, highly recommended.

Dream holiday home in idyllic location in the Black Forest

The Lindenbuch holiday home left nothing to be desired for our large family! It was tastefully furnished, spacious, clean and well-maintained, had numerous activities and play options for children and adults, and also scored points for its scenic location outside the beautiful garden. The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and cordial. There were plenty of shopping, refreshment and excursion options in the nearest towns. A paradisiacal holiday for families!

Relaxation and tranquillity

The house is perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 9 year olds). The expectations raised by the photos of the 3 bedrooms, the large bathroom, the living room and also the spacious kitchen were fully met. We felt very comfortable and could also enjoy the sun on the very large terrace.

Beautiful house in a quiet location

The house is located in a quiet area, offering optimal conditions for pure relaxation. The terrace and garden are very beautiful, with a wonderful view of the greenery (bonus: there is a grill). Bicycles and a table tennis table in a closed room are available for use, as well as a wide selection of board games. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of information about all activities and hiking trails in the area - this was very helpful in planning our excursions. We were completely satisfied and felt comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to this region.

Feeling good from the first minute

We are very happy to have come across this holiday home: Great interior, spacious living kitchen, fantastic bathroom! Dreamy view from all windows, large garden with everything a child's heart desires, also many toys and games in the house, our little 3-year-old daughter loved it, and then of course the parents too! Bicycles for all age groups + a small wagon that we have pulled our daughter in on our walks around the house. All in all, three very nice days for the three of us in Mrs. Hartmann's beautiful holiday home. We will come back when it's a bit warmer. Thank you very much!

Pure relaxation - experience with all senses

We were looking forward to this short vacation so much in advance because we knew what to expect. "Arrive, Breathe, Rejuvenate" exactly describes this feeling of life. The house is a dream, the landscape relaxing - no matter the weather! Compliments and thank you very much for the delicious homemade strawberry jam! We would have liked to pack up "the whole thing" when leaving, but joking aside - we will definitely come back.

Perfect short holiday!
