Practical flat in top location

The flat is located in Friedrichshafen directly at the marina. There is even a lateral view of the lake from the living room. The flat itself is functionally equipped. Everything you need is there. I find it easy to accommodate 3 people. 4 when the children are smaller
The flat itself is a little older, but in good condition
I rented the flat for business purposes for a longer period in winter. Therefore I can't really rate the service section. However, the landlady was very friendly and took care of any problems immediately, hence 5 stars.

We were very excited about the apartment and felt very comfortable from minute one. The only thing we would have wished for were fly screens, but that is a minor detail that will not be deducted from the rating. All in all, the apartment is top-notch.
