Our holiday home has a living area of approx. 85 m² and is furnished as follows:

In our holiday home you will find three bedrooms.
In the two lower bedrooms there is a double bed with an overhead cupboard in which you will find enough space for your clothes.
In the upper "children's bedroom" you will find a loft bed with two beds. The installation of an additional child's bed in the upper bedroom is possible

Our holiday home has a porch where you will find a wardrobe with enough space for jackets and shoes.
Especially in winter, when there is hopefully little rain, the large hallway comes into its own.

Location and surroundings of object
The southern Black Forest is a very beautiful place.
Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, it always has its own charm.
In spring, when everything is green again and begins to blossom, summer, which provides many hours of sunshine,
autumn with its colourful diversity, or winter with its snow.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a guarantee that it will fall and stay there for a long time.
However, we can provide you with a cosy and comfortable holiday home for your holiday.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Rechberg
You can enjoy this already in the morning with a cup of coffee.
It is simply magical here!
From spring to autumn you can reach the magic forest on foot and in winter one of the many cross-country skiing trails offered in Bernau
Above the holiday village is a larger hikers' car park at the Bernau cross-country skiing house, as well as an opportunity to grab a bite to eat after hiking around the Rechberg.
Here, sun-drenched high valleys offer a fantastic distant view.
You can do a lot of sports here. From mountain biking, to hiking, swimming in the Schluchsee or in one of the surrounding outdoor and indoor pools, as well as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in winter.
But you can also slow down on the various hiking trails and enjoy the silence of the forest.

Cancellation terms:
The termination/cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant must be made in writing. If the tenant cancels up to 90 days before the agreed rental start date, a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the rental price must be paid. If cancellation occurs later, a cancellation fee amounting to 90% of the rental price must be paid, unless it is possible to rebook the rental property. In case of non-arrival of the tenant, the full rental amount is to be paid as compensation.

The visitor's tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid to the caretaker on site in addition to the rental price.
The visitor's tax of the municipality of Bernau im Schwarzwald is:
for adults and teenagers from the age of 14: 2,90 Euro per person and day of stay.
for children aged 6 to 13: 1.10 Euro.
Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from the visitor's tax.
In return, you will receive the inclusive guest card incl. Konus, which includes numerous benefits, e.g. free admission to the Bernau museums Resenhof and Hans-Thoma-Kunstmuseum, free concerts and cabaret, free skiing and thanks to "KONUS" you can discover the entire Black Forest holiday region free of charge by bus and train. Beautiful late summer
We love the peace, the nature, and the holiday home. We have already been here for the third time and will come back next year. Everything is there to relax and feel comfortable. The contact with the Kramer family is always very warm.
