Description
The semi-detached house with roller shutters offers 62 m² of space for a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor is the living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette and fireplace. The cosy sitting area includes a TV as well as a radio, CD/DVD system. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobes. The wardrobes offer enough space for your wardrobe. There is a washing machine in the shower room. Upstairs you will find another bedroom as well as a guest toilet and tumble dryer. For the little guests there are games and books as well as 1 travel cot, high chair, handcart and 1 running bike available. Our non-smoking house is allergy-friendly. Pets are not allowed!

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is quietly located on the edge of the holiday village. Boltenhagen is the second oldest seaside resort on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg. The 4-kilometre-long fine sandy beach with a shallow slope is ideal for families. There are several playgrounds in the village, one of them 150 m from the house. Good shopping facilities are within walking distance. For the end of the day, there are several restaurants or you can relax on the terrace.
You can reach Boltenhagen coming from the A 20 via the Grevesmühlen exit. Follow the L03 to Grevesmühlen. At the end, turn left onto the B105. After 1.6 km turn right in the direction of Klütz/Boltenhagen. Follow the signs until you reach Boltenhagen. In Boltenhagen take the first exit at the roundabout. After approx. 300 m you will find our agency on the right-hand side next to the Sparkasse bank.
You can also enjoy one of the boat tours through the Mecklenburg Bay, which start regularly from the pier. The beautiful town centre invites you to stroll around with its cafes, (fish) restaurants and shops. With the Boltenhagener Bäder Bahn 'Carolinchen' you can get to know and love Boltenhagen, the steep coast near Redewisch or the new marina in a very special way. The spa administration offers an extensive programme of events for young and old throughout the year.

As we have children ourselves, we know the needs of families with children very well. We have made every effort to take this into account when furnishing the house! We find the location of our house simply wonderful. It is away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to the beach and the pier quickly.
