In the cosy, very individually and personally furnished 3 room flat on the ground floor you will find space for 5 people.
On the large terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun in the morning
You have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living and dining area at your disposal
The beach is about 300 metres away and shopping facilities about 200 metres.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and 2 wicker armchairs. In the bookshelf you will find a small selection of books. A music system and a TV complete the offer.
The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs. Right next to it is a play corner for the little ones, here you will also find various games.
The open-plan fitted kitchen contains a cooker with ceramic hob, an integrated oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A child's travel bed can be added at any time.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. You will find an extra bed and a built-in wall shelf for your clothes.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, a toilet and a sink.
2 bicycles are available free of charge during your stay.

The flat is within walking distance of the newly built beach (300 metres). Shopping facilities and a bakery are 200 metres away. The pier and pedestrian zone are about 500 metres away.
Boltenhagen is a traditional former fishing village, which was awarded the title of state-recognised seaside health resort in 1998. The 5-kilometre-long sandy beach with crystal-clear water and an impressive cliff make the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen a great holiday destination on the Baltic coast. On the beach, holidaymakers will find a nudist area and two separate dog beaches.

Perfect family flat
This holiday flat is the ideal flat for families with children. On the large lawn directly next to the terrace, the children can play while the parents relax on the terrace
The way to the beach can be made comfortably with the available bicycles
Everything you need is available in the flat.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser Wohnung
Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind 8 Tage dort verbracht. Alles was man in eine Haushalt so brauchen kann war vorhanden,sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett! Eins der Fahrräder hatte auch einen Kindersitz für den Kleinen. Den Bollerwagen konnten wir sehr gut brauchen, bei all dem was man mit Kind so an den Strand schleppt :-) Die Wohnung ist superruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke schön für Alles! Liebe Grüße aus Köln
