The holiday flat (No. 9) is 65 sqm in size and lovingly furnished. There is a living room with digital flat screen TV and comfortable seating area with couch set, a dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a family holiday: crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, kettle as well as toaster and coffee machine. In our holiday flat you have two beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms to feel free. You have breakfast in peace and your children run to the flat's own you have a free view of your children from the breakfast table. With a cup of coffee in your hand, you look at your happy children and look forward to the day.

However, the landlord must take into account the value of the expenses saved and the benefits gained from the property's alternative use. 2. As long as the landlord is unable to grant the tenant use of the property because it has been leased to another party, the tenant is not obligated to pay rent.

Super holiday apartment
Super beautiful vacation apartment, I can only recommend it. Clean, well-maintained, and very well equipped. 12 minutes on foot to the beach and shopping options just around the corner.
