Location and surroundings of object
The transport connections could hardly be better: Bus and train stops for the Travemünde-Lübeck-Hamburg long-distance and local transport system are located directly in front of the property (it takes about 20 minutes to Lübeck main station). The A 1 motorway towards Lübeck/Hamburg or Puttgarden is barely more than 10 minutes away. Niendorf with its indoor swimming pool is not far away. Timmendorf is also easy to reach by bike or car. The park-like property with sqm is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea Academy, facing the Trave Delta, the Scandinavian quay and the incoming and outgoing ships within sight.

Opposite, the legendary windjammer "Passat" is moored, Travemünde's landmark. Behind it, to the east, stretches an endlessly long natural beach - as if made for romantic walks and undisturbed sunbathing
