Description
The bedroom has a large box spring bed, a large flat screen TV, a large closet, bedside tables and a large sideboard.
Blackout blinds and an electric awning are also installed.
The living room has 2 sofa beds, a 42" flat screen TV and a hi-fi system.
For storage, there is a wooden coffee table on wheels and 2 fashionable wooden wardrobes.
The dining area is enhanced by modern chairs and a matching modern wooden table.
Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the 25 sqm wrap-around corner balcony. Balcony chairs made of teak invite you to sunbathe at an airy height
An awning provides any necessary shade.
The living room with its dining area, from which there is a convenient hatch to the kitchen, is ideal for enjoying the maritime atmosphere and the panoramic view.
The hallway, kitchen and living room are newly tiled, the bedroom is carpeted.
The bathroom has a full bath, which can also be used as a shower, as well as a toilet, a hand basin, a washing machine, heating with towel warmer and a storage shelf.
The small kitchen is optimally designed and contains, in addition to the sink, a cooker with ceramic hob, a small separate oven, a small dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Located in the Maritim Hotel building (35 floors in total) directly at the mouth of the Trave, my light and airy corner flat is on the 28th floor facing the Trave and the lake and offers you a dreamlike panoramic view over the Trave, the shipping traffic, the firmly anchored Passat, the marina, the town of Travemünde, the Lübeck Bay and the lively hustle and bustle of the bathing beach.
In good weather you can see as far as Lübeck's 7 church towers to the south and Timmendorf and Neustadt to the west. Travemünde is one of the most beautiful and charming seaside resorts in Europe! Since its official designation as a "seaside resort" in 1802, the former fishing and shipping town has become a top address for bathers from near and far.
Nature, romance, adventure, culture and sport - Travemünde offers it all. A striking building presents itself as an unmistakable landmark: as Europe's highest beacon, the 125-metre-high Maritim Tower not only shows ships the way to Travemünde, but can also be seen with the naked eye as far as the old town of Lübeck, 22 kilometres away. The somewhat dreamy Travemünde with its quaint old town alleys and historic façade along the Trave has experienced a dynamic development in recent years: from luxury hotels to holiday villages for families, the range of offers for holidaymakers has expanded - without seriously detracting from the incomparable charm of the Baltic pearl.

Fantastic accommodation
From A - Z everything is fine. Very select and tasteful furnishings. Indescribable view of the sea and harbour. Every evening the sunset live on the balcony. Organisation, handover, cleanliness impeccable. Nothing is missing. We will come again and again and again....
