Description

The living and dining area on the ground floor with about 23 sqm forms the centre of the holiday flat, through which you reach the large terrace. The 11 sqm bedroom is adjoined by another terrace. Due to the opposite positions of the terraces, you can freely choose at any time of the day whether you prefer a sunny spot or prefer to stay in the shade. The equipment includes, among other things, a TV and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom has been spatially separated from the WC, so that collisions with "long-term showerers" are ruled out. The other bedroom (20 sqm) in the basement/cellar (large window) can be reached via a staircase. It has two beds, one of which can be made into a sofa bed for 2 people and the second bed measures 140x200. A washing machine is also available for a fee.
You have two terraces at your disposal. The first one can be reached via the bedroom on the ground floor. The second one is accessible from the living room. The adjoining private lawn offers enough space for children. You have a parking space in a carport.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included in the total price as well as WLAN and energy costs.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located in a terraced house complex in Dreeblöcken 58 and is situated in a quiet residential area. It borders directly on a large park, which invites you to go for a walk. You can reach the main beach in only 500 metres via a footpath. The centre of maritime Travemünde can be reached via the beautiful promenade, for example. The nearby golf course and the "Brodtener Steilufer" are also within easy walking distance. If you don't like to walk, there is a bus stop 70 metres away. All facilities for daily needs are easily accessible by car on site.
An Edeka supermarket has now opened in Vorderreihe, so you can bring your daily groceries with you from your walk.

Travemünde - Lübeck's beautiful daughter
A wide, white sandy beach, its more than 200-year history as a seaside resort and Germany's largest Baltic harbour characterise the maritime image of the town at the mouth of the Trave. A striking building presents itself as an unmistakable landmark: as Europe's highest beacon, the 125-metre-high Maritim Tower not only shows ships the way to Travemünde, but can also be seen with the naked eye as far as the old town of Lübeck, 22 kilometres away. The somewhat dreamy Travemünde with its quaint old town alleys and historic façade along the Trave has experienced a dynamic development in recent years: from luxury hotels to holiday villages for families, the range of offers for holidaymakers has expanded - without seriously detracting from the incomparable charm of the Baltic pearl.

Historical monuments such as Germany's oldest lighthouse or the four-masted barque Passat are landmarks of Travemünde. Europe's highest signal light, at 125 m, shows ships the way into the harbour.

At Skandinavienkai, the large ferries and cruise ships set sail for Scandinavia, a unique spectacle in fine weather that can be watched comfortably from one of the numerous cafés and restaurants.

Travemuende's central location in the Bay of Lübeck offers a number of advantages.
The ferry in the harbour makes it possible to make an exciting crossing, even by bicycle, over the former border and today's state border into Mecklenburg - Western Pomerania, with its long natural beaches and wide fields, as well as an extensive bird reserve waiting to be explored.
Lübeck's old town as a historical gem can be reached by train every hour, by boat several times a day or easily by car (15 km).
