Description

Flat approx. 50 sqm with loft character. The beautifully cut, light-flooded rooms with panoramic windows down to the floor offer peace, light and air for free thoughts
The window elements are predominantly room-high, high-quality energetic insulating glazing. A modern elegance in the green.
The south-west orientation of the large balcony with balcony furniture including parasol leaves nothing to be desired.
The flat is equipped with underfloor heating, the fitted kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and complete with crockery, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. An internet-capable TV with 3-D function, stereo with CD player, CDs, books, free WLAN, information brochures can be found in the living area. Here you will also find the pull-out sofa bed for the 3rd and/or 4th person.
The bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower cubicle, wall-mounted WC, washstand with vanity unit, hairdryer and towel radiator. You also have a wonderful view from the bedroom with double bed, height-adjustable slatted frames, built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, radio alarm clock and reading lamps.
In the storage room you will find the wardrobe, washing machine, hoover and cleaning utensils.

Your quiet holiday home is located in an exquisite residential complex (3 buildings) built in 2012 on a park-like plot of approx. 7,000 sqm. Enjoy from our beautiful flat from the inside or from the balcony a dreamlike view into the green and on the ships, the Trave, and Travemünde. A place to relax
The train station opposite the complex also allows you to travel comfortably by train or takes you to the Vorderreihe, the main beach or the Hanseatic city of Lübeck in just a few minutes. You can also quickly reach the Vorderreihe, Travemünde's promenade with shops, restaurants, cafés, the art gallery in the Alte Vogtei, or Travemünde's old town on foot. Or you can take the Priwall ferries across the Trave to Priwall and enjoy the promenade circuit.
Shopping facilities are nearby.

should you plan to get your boat licence in the marina, here you are on foot in a few minutes through the subway.
Our main beach can be reached on foot, by bike, bus or train (Travemünde has 3 stations!)
The flat is also an ideal starting point for bicycle tours in the surrounding area.
The 27-hole golf course of the Lübeck-Travemüner Golf-Klub von 1921 e.V. is situated high above the Brodtener Steilufer directly over the sea, 4.5 km away, 5-10 minutes by car.
Travemünde also has a lot to offer in the way of culinary delights: e.g. the " Gosch Sylt" , the "Ahoi- Steffen Henssler" on the Priwall, award-winning Italian restaurants and much more, or simply a fish roll in the fishing harbour

additional information about rental price:

Your daily rate includes all price-related charges, taxes and additional services (linen, towels and final cleaning). The only exception is the statutory spa tax, which must be paid in cash on site to your holiday home landlord, the Iske family. The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, but at least 5 nights, please enquire about the daily rate. In the low season periods, stays of 3 nights or more are possible. Please enquire.

Cancellation terms:

  • Bei Kündigung nach Buchungsbestätigung oder Anzahlung sind 30% des Mietpreises (bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn) und 80% des Mietpreises (34. Tag vor Mietbeginn) fällig. Ebenfalls ist der Mieter berechtigt, einen Nachmieter zu stellen.

Holiday flat

Dear family Gomlich, we would like to inform you that we enjoyed our holiday in your flat very much. We have been in Travemünde or on the Priwall for years, but we have never seen such a clean and well-equipped flat. We wish you a happy new year ... see you soon Dietrich family

Holiday flat in object 156 in Travemünde

The apartment is very nice and cosy, with a great view of the countryside. We didn't want for anything. The balcony was very large and the cushions for the garden chairs looked like new. A slightly larger parasol or awning would have been nice, but this is not a criticism
We had very good weather the whole time and could really enjoy the balcony. We especially liked the huge window front in the living room. When we arrived, our beds were already made, which was great. The mattresses were comfortable and not worn out


If we were to come to Travemünde again, we would definitely book this apartment again. There are very nice restaurants and delicious fish sandwiches in the town. Especially the Bella Vista offers very good food. But you should definitely book a table in advance. You should definitely not miss a trip to Timmendorfer Strand, which is also very beautiful.
