Description
This spacious holiday flat is located on the first floor of our three-family house. A semi-detached town villa from 1913 with 2 bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with ground-level shower, WC and a separate guest WC. Living area with glass veranda facing south and a sofa bed for 2 persons. Next to it is the kitchenette fully equipped and the dining area with corner bench for 6 persons. The price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels. A travel cot can be provided for 15,-. This flat also has a cot (see photo).
The flats have a garden with gazebo, sun loungers, sandpit for the little ones, beach chair, garden furniture and barbecue. Bicycle racks and a parking space are available free of charge.

Haus Übersee in a quiet location only 3 minutes from the water. A semi-detached city villa from 1913 only a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the Trave river. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße. Location: Fehlingstr. 3

by car: B75 2nd traffic light left in direction of sign STRAND/MARITIM past police station and TOTAL petrol station
Petrol station, before the 2nd traffic light turn right into "Rose", then before the level crossing turn left into Fehlingstr.3
