On the ground floor there is a completely ausgestatette kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden with garden furniture, and bathroom with shower / WC. In the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with balcony, and bathroom with tub / toilet. Air conditioning and WLAN Wireless LAN Internet are available and included in the price.
