The bungalow-house Garden is suitable for 4 people, has a furnished kitchen-living room with a couch and dining area all in the same space, satellite TV, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds that can also be used as a double bed. New bathroom with shower/toilet. Two terraces, the one at the entrance is covered. eight with garden furniture and a view of the garden and a second terrace 15m2, which is very private and not overlooked, equipped with garden furniture, umbrella, and two loungers. The parking space is in the courtyard of the house. By the community pool in the garden, there is also a cozy covered barbecue area and a pavilion. The heated pool is open for use from April to the end of October. A lockable bicycle storage room is included in the rental price.

The holiday home offers you an optimal location, only 3 km from the beach and the historic old town.
A small aunt Ema shop with fresh rolls and other things is nearby, as is the Marina restaurant.

With different information we try to meet the wishes of our guests, : Bicycle rental with a map of the surrounding area with tour descriptions (numerous marked cycle paths) with tips for special excursions and festivals that take place all over Istria in summer.

Relaxed vacation
Hello Arleta,
We would like to thank you for the amazing vacation in a perfect location. At first, we were unsure about what to expect because the price of the accommodation seemed high to us at the beginning, but it is completely justified.
It is a beautiful accommodation, and when we heard about your future plans and the money you are investing in this project, we can only say that we will gladly come back in 2 years.
The advantages are really short distances to the beach, shopping, and dining. There are many good restaurants nearby, including small local ones that are definitely worth a visit.
All in all, we would like to thank you for this wonderful vacation, and we will definitely come back xD
