The comfortable 80 m² vacation apartment has 2 large bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third extra bed or crib, 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet, including a washing machine, living room with a sofa bed, is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, complete cooking and dining utensils, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and garden furniture on the balcony with awning.
The apartment features LED TV with satellite system and free internet access via Wi-Fi. Free parking is provided in the courtyard of the house.
The community pool and Jacuzzi are located directly opposite on the property of the holiday home Felix 30 m away. At the community pool in the garden, there is a cozy barbecue corner and a pavilion for social moments.
Within the facility, we offer professional massages and Jacuzzi for an additional charge. Please schedule a massage appointment before your arrival. The heated pool is open for use from May until the end of October. A lockable bicycle storage room is included in the rental price.

Almost like being part of the family
We have already spent part of our vacation five times in this holiday accommodation.
Due to the very kind and friendly owners, we feel particularly comfortable and safe here. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and everything else around here are very well maintained. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas available, and you can also buy drinks and ice here. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beaches by the sea can be reached by car in a short time.
