The comfortable 80 m² flat has 2 large bedrooms with the possibility of a third extra bed or baby cot, 2 bathrooms with shower / WC, with washing machine, living room with sofa bed, is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, complete cooking and eating utensils, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and garden furniture on the balcony with awning.
The holiday flat has LED TV -SAT equipment and free internet connection Wlan.
Free parking is provided in the courtyard of the house.
The communal swimming pool and jacuzzi are just across the road on the property of the Felix holiday home, 30 m away. Near the communal pool in the garden there is a cosy barbecue area and gazebo for social moments.
Within the complex we offer professional massages and Jacuzzi for an extra charge. Make an appointment for a massage before your arrival.

Almost like being part of the family
We have already spent part of our vacation five times in this holiday accommodation.
Due to the very kind and friendly owners, we feel particularly comfortable and safe here. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and everything else around here are very well maintained. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas available, and you can also buy drinks and ice here. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beaches by the sea can be reached by car in a short time.
