The village of Fuškulin is situated on the north-western coast of Istria, km from Poreč.
All necessary facilities are in your vicinity: Shops, ATM machines, petrol stations, but also entertainment facilities such as restaurants, cafes, water parks, museums, galleries.
The nearest market is 300 m away and the nearest restaurant is 500 m away. The first beach is 6 km away.
Poreč, Funtana and Vrsar are beautiful towns and places you should not miss.

Beautiful villa
We were there with 4 adults and 2 teenagers + dog.
The villa is very beautiful.
Equipment top. Cleanliness: Top.
The pool is a dream. The owners were very nice, friendly, and helpful.
Shops in the area can all be reached by car in a short time.
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday and can only recommend the villa.
A huge thanks again to the owners.

Pure holiday
The house is like new. Very clean, also everything around it. The pool was very refreshing in October, clean and worth the jump into the cool water every day. I will definitely recommend the house to others. We were as delighted with the landlords as they were with us. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. A corner shop (fresh bread rolls!), a taverna (delicious food, delicious wine) and a winery (wine tasting AND olive oil!) within walking distance. What more could you want? Pure holiday! Thank you! Absolut traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Mega tolle, freundliche Vermieter. Super Kontakt. Kümmern sich sofort um alles.
Alles tip top sauber, im Haus sowie im Garten.
Wir haben uns alle wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Besonders unser kleiner Hund fand es toll. Die Lage (10 Min. Mit dem Auto zum Strand oder nach Porec) echt super toll.
Das Restaurant, welches fußläufig zu erreichen ist - ist allein schon wegen der Wirtin eine Empfehlung wert. Ruhig gelegen - also wirklich perfekt zum erholen.

Tolle Lage und alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt
Wir hatten zu 6 mit Hund einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Aria und können diese wirklich nur empfehlen. Sehr, sehr gastfreundlich, alles tip-top, fantastische Betten, ruhig und doch sehr nah zu Porec gelegen.

Sehr gut
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr höflich und sehr Gastgeberich. Wir werden es nochmal buchen und jeden empfehlen. Weil alles sehr gut und sauber war.
