Casa Mosaici is a Istrian 4 **** stone villa with Biopool 12 m² in the quiet village Dracevac only 6 km from Poreč and its beaches. On 85 m² there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a living area with sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious dining area leads directly into the mediterranean garden. The naturally covered terrace with dinette and lounge offer every comfort in a private atmosphere. There is also a deckchairs and a charcoal grill. The holiday home is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, private parking and 2 bicycles, which you can always use to explore the beautiful peninsula.
The kitchen, the spacious dining and living area and the guest WC are located on the ground floor. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a modern shower room. The water in the pool is filtered through plants around the pool. The bio-environmentally friendly natural pond without chemicals offers you a unique experience in the midst of a mediterranean fragrance garden.
While renovating of this more than 100 years old stone house, many mosaics have been found, they gave this unique house its name "Casa dei Mosaici". During your stay you will find dozens of mosaic stones that have been imprinted in walls and floors of the house and around the garden.

The holiday house is located in the quiet village Dracevac only 6 km from Porec and its beaches. Shops and restaurants can be found within a radius of 2 km. Other supermarkets and leisure activities can be reached in Porec and the surrounding area. It is an ideal starting point for cycling, sports and leisure activities as well as sightseeing of the cultural beauties of Istria.
Relax in the lounge area of this unique green oasis. Enjoy the refreshment in the natural pond during day and let the moody lighting complete your evenings in this cosy place. Breathe the scent of lavender, rosemary and laurel and let your stress disappear. Casa dei Mosaici is a home where time is not measured by watches and calendars but by memories.
You can also use the bicycles to explore the beautiful Istria. We recommend a trip to the nearby wine routes, where you can enjoy traditional Istrian delicacies and excellent wines. Fabulous holidays
A great house, excellently equipped and perfectly looked after by the Poropat family. The garden is wonderful for relaxing and the house is very tastefully decorated. Angelika and Kristijan Poropat took perfect care of us during the booking and our stay. Thank you very much. We had a wonderful holiday!
