Well-maintained holiday apartment

The well-maintained apartment is located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen in a quiet residential area.
A private parking space is available, and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, we were welcomed by a large living room, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is on the first floor with access via an external staircase. Shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity, and the beach promenade can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
We felt very comfortable there and would gladly come back.
We can recommend the apartment.

The holiday home is located on the edge of the resort, offering a beautiful view of nature without disturbing buildings. We enjoyed the silence on the terrace. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. Everything you need on vacation is available, just like at home. For example, spare batteries, a spare bicycle tube, tools, etc. The landlady is reachable and helpful in quickly solving any existing problems. Our conclusion: for us seniors (86 and 88 years) an optimal vacation spot. We will gladly come back.

We have been in this apartment several times and also in the holiday home. Everything as always, as can be seen in the photos and described in the advertisements.
Thank you for allowing us to check into the apartment very early. For price/performance, as always, one star deduction, but one will have to get used to the high prices in the summer season. Therefore this year in autumn. It was nice that with the great October weather, the beach chair was still usable. For cleanliness, I would have deducted half a star because there was sand under the couch. But when does one look under it, except when something falls and rolls under the couch, and how often does one move large furniture for cleaning? (even at home) Otherwise, everything was as usual and we were very satisfied. Everything needed is available. Great contact with Ms. Rahn. It also went smoothly to use the apartment booked for 2 people with an additional 2 people. Happy to do it again.
