This cosy 4-room holiday flat (corner flat on the 1st floor) is on 2 levels. It can be reached via an external staircase with its own entrance. With its approx. 68 m², the flat offers up to 6 people a cosy and sun-flooded accommodation for a beautiful holiday:

Your holiday flat is located in a park-like complex directly on the edge of the town centre. The 4 km long fine white sandy beach is only about 250 m away. But the tourist centre of Boltenhagen with the pier and the many nice restaurants is also only about 400 m away. You live here surrounded by a beautiful old tree population. Boltenhagen is a paradise for families. Parents can sit back and relax at the guarded bathing beaches. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the natural landscape. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the beautiful "Klützer Bach" landscape conservation area, which invites you to go hiking, as well as extensive cycle paths for leisurely tours. A new climbing park opened in Boltenhagen in April 2014. The impressive cliffs are always worth a visit. The beautiful "Hanseatic City of Wismar", Schwerin and Lübeck/ Travemünde are within easy reach.

Super Ferienwohnung !
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich klasse! Wir haben uns in der modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was sowohl unsere als auch die Herzen unserer Kinder höher schlagen lässt. Es fehlt an nix, weder in der Küche noch an Spielsachen für die Kinder. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Einfach die kleine Straße hoch und schwups ist man am Strand! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder :-)

Top accommodation and location
we felt very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and modern. The location is perfect, just a few hundred meters to the beach. Everything is thought of in terms of equipment. The town of Boltenhagen also impressed us. It was a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back. We had forgotten something in the apartment. It was promptly sent to us by the property management. Thank you for everything.

Sehr geehrtes Team,
wir bedanken uns sehr für die Bereitstellung einer familienfreundlichen Ferienwohnungen,wie wir sie bisher nur selten vorgefunden haben.Neben zahlreichen Kinder-Brettspielen,die für jede Altersgruppe bereit gestellt wurden, fühlten wir uns insgesamt auch als Großfamilie sehr herzlich willkommen und aufgenommen.Die Ausstattung übertrifft sogar unseren Erwartungen und so hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.Der Erholungseffekt hat sich sehr schnell eingestellt.Insofern freuen wir uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in einer Ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung.

Gerne wieder...
Mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Teenies haben wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und auf dem geräumigen Balkon konnten wir gemütlich die Tage ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Man kann sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Stadtzentrum und den Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Feirienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet!

Sehr zufrieden
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Matratzen sind eher hart und unbequem. Fleecedecken an kühlen Abenden für den Balkon waren super.

Ein Gast bevorzugt weiche Matratzen, der Nächste schläft lieber auf harten Matratzen. Deshalb ist es schwierig, hier den Wünschen aller Gäste nachzukommen.
