This cosy 4-room holiday flat (corner flat on the 1st floor) is on 2 levels. It can be reached via an external staircase with its own entrance. With its approx. 68 m², the flat offers up to 6 people a cosy and sun-flooded accommodation for a beautiful holiday:

But the tourist centre of Boltenhagen with the pier and the many nice restaurants is also only about 400 m away. You live here surrounded by a beautiful old tree population. Holidays and adventure belong together here. Boltenhagen offers a colourful world of adventure for the whole family with numerous games, sports and leisure activities. Boltenhagen is a paradise for families. Parents can sit back and relax at the guarded bathing beaches. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the natural landscape. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the beautiful "Klützer Bach" landscape conservation area, which invites you to go hiking, as well as extensive cycle paths for leisurely tours. A new climbing park opened in Boltenhagen in April 2014. The impressive cliffs are always worth a visit. The beautiful "Hanseatic City of Wismar", Schwerin and Lübeck/ Travemünde are within easy reach.

Beautiful short vacation at the Baltic Sea
The holiday apartment is cozy and large enough for up to 6 guests. With 5 residents, including two teenagers, I would have wished for a guest toilet. However, there were two sinks in the bathroom and a toilet with a separate door, and with prior arrangement, that was not a problem. The location and price are unbeatable, and we missed nothing in terms of amenities. Many thanks also to Ms. Heckmann for the quick, friendly, and uncomplicated communication. We really had 4 very nice days in Boltenhagen.

Great vacation apartment!
The vacation rental is really great! We felt very comfortable in the modern furnished apartment. Everything is there, which makes both our hearts and the hearts of our children beat faster. Nothing is missing, neither in the kitchen nor in toys for the children. The location is really great. Just up the little street and bam, you're at the beach! We will definitely come back :-)
