Description
Look forward to your holiday in the Kranichblick holiday home. Divided into 2 house halves - Glück and Freiheit (each approx. 75m²), the house offers space for a total of 10 people (plus small children).
In the two halves of the house - "Freiheit" on the left and "Glück" on the right - you will find a bright, large living area with an open-plan kitchen and a wide view over the fields. The kitchen is of course equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and other comforts so that you can enjoy relaxed meals at the large dining table.
A fireplace provides cosy warmth on cold days. From the living area, you can access the terrace and the large garden.
The Smart TV receives satellite TV, while the Bluetooth soundbar is available for radio and music.
In addition to the shower room with WC on the ground floor, there is another bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for 2 people each and the possibility for a toddler bed
Each half of the house has 2 car parking spaces and a washing machine.
There are 8 bicycles available for use for both halves of the house, you can get an impression of these on Ferien-Kranichblick.de.

The Kranichblick holiday home is located in the small, quiet village of Groß Schwansee in north-west Mecklenburg. A short walk of about 900 metres takes you through the pretty village and across the fields to the natural beach.
Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sea air, cycle or walk along the coastal path - perhaps even cycle to Travemünde or Boltenhagen.
There are numerous destinations for excursions: the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar are within easy reach (40 km each), and there are many manor houses and churches to explore in the surrounding area. And depending on the time of year, you can enjoy the view of glowing rapeseed fields, poppies and cornflowers and the simply relaxing expanse of the large fields.
And you will not only encounter cranes, pheasants and deer on excursions, but also occasionally in the fields behind the house.

If we cannot do this fully, the following cancellation periods apply: - up to 6 months before the start of the trip, cancellation is free - from 6 to 2 months before the start of the trip, 50% of the contractually agreed rent - from 2 months to 14 days before the start of the trip, 75% of the contractually agreed rent - 14 days before the start of the trip, 90% of the contractually agreed rent. In every case, a processing fee of €40.00 is due.

The House Freedom is a feel-good oasis.
A beautiful holiday home in a quiet residential area that leaves nothing to be desired.
It is lovingly and tastefully furnished.
Everything you need for a successful holiday stay is available in terms of furnishings.
The view from the terrace out into nature is a delight, so breakfast can be enjoyed outside even in sunshine.
