Lovingly and cosily furnished holiday home for the whole family on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast, on the Salzhaff, not far from the natural beach! The island of Poel, Wismar and Rerik are around the corner, numerous excursion destinations available!
All rooms are on the ground floor, you don't have to climb any annoying stairs!
The spacious terrace is completely fenced in and covered!

The holiday home is optimally designed for 6 persons. Ideal for 4 adults and 3 children (2 toddlers, 1 baby)

Important information for wheelchair users
All rooms are accessible without steps, you can easily reach the terrace via the path along the house. All doors in the house are at least 80cm wide, also the garden gates on the terrace.
The bathtub in the bathroom has an entry height of 40cm, if this is not a problem, the house is recommended and absolutely suitable for people in wheelchairs!

The beautiful natural beach of Boiensdorf is only about 1200m away
This is especially inviting for families to swim! There is a snack bar directly on the beach!
If you are travelling by car, there are numerous parking spaces available.
Dogs are allowed on the beach
For nature lovers, a walk around the Boiensdorfer Werder, along the sea, is a "MUST"!
The Hanseatic city of Wismar, the island of Poel and the Baltic seaside resort of Rerik are only a few minutes away by car!

A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due at the time of booking.

Perfect short vacation
The holiday home was ideal for us for a few days of relaxation with dogs. Cozy rooms, individually and really lovingly decorated. Large living room with open kitchen and dining area with fireplace (which we immediately lit). You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes. We made trips to Rerik and Wismar and ate delicious food. The journey is worth it - we have recovered and relaxed. We will gladly come back.

Satisfied all round.
We were 4 adults ,2 kids (2y & 5y) and 2 furry noses. We didn't want for anything and the kids were very impressed with the room, interesting toys. Lots of board games for young and old.
Very quiet location and not far from the beach. Since we didn't have beach weather, we did great excursions. We went to the harbour in Wismar and took a boat trip. Or we took the Molli train from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn. It was great for the kids because there was a great playground at the pier in Kühlungsborn. Then we went to the summer toboggan run in Bad Doberan. Also highly recommended. Cooked every evening in the fully equipped kitchen. So we will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful summer holiday
We had the pleasure of spending three wonderful weeks in the Ostseezauber holiday home this year in June/July. The domicile is rustic, cosy and furnished with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy are the really secluded garden with the covered terrace (one or two deck chairs would have made it absolutely perfect), the storage space for bicycles, fly screens on all windows and the good equipment in the kitchen. We also liked the location very much. You live away from the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach all the seaside resorts as well as Wismar, the island of Poel etc. quickly. Shopping is best in Neubukow, 10 km away. The camping site in Pepelow is also very nice, with a nice beach bar, a good restaurant (Seaside) and a nice section of beach where you can watch the kite surfers etc.. Kilometre-long bike tours through the beautiful and very varied landscape are possible directly from the house. The contact with the landlady, Mrs. Flad, also deserves positive mention. She was very helpful and extremely friendly even in advance. All in all - a successful holiday. We will certainly come back again sometime. Thank you.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Ein ruhig gelegenes, nicht einsehbares Feriendomizil. Von dort können Ausflüge zum sehr schönen Hundestrand ( mit Strandkörben ) in Kühlungsborn unternommen werden. Die Stadt Wismar ist ebenfalls nicht weit und bietet sehr schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch das Schloß Bothmer ist eine Reise wert.
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zu den Vermietern war sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden schnell und sehr freundlich beantwortet.

Schöne Sommertage im Ferienhaus trotz ein paar Kritikpunkte
Wir als Fam. mit 4 jähriger Tochter und Hund hatten eine Woche schönen Urlaub in Boiensdorf. Die Unterkunft im Holzhaus Stil ist super, die Lage ruhig und der Strand 20 min. mit Kind zu erreichen ( genau 1.9 km). Wir verbrachten jeden Vormittag am Naturstrand, der mit Parkplatz anliegt. Flaches, langsam abfallendes Wasser, ideal für Kinder bzw. Hund. Kleiner Stehkiosk in der Nähe, leider 2 Tage in der Woche zu.
Rerik ca 20 min. und Schwarzer Busch Insel Poel (was wir für Kinder und Hund sehr empfehlen) ca 40 min. Kühlungsborn ca 30 min. aber sehr Tourismus orientiert, mit Ruhe am Strand ist da nix. Strandpromenade dafür wunderschön.
Die Unterkunft selber ist top. Für den Preis nicht zu toppen. Schön das es auch noch bezahlbare Häuser in der Qualität gibt!
3 kleinere Kritikpunkte....
1. leider keine Microwelle
2. Betten eindeutig für UNS zu Hart
3. Endreinigung sollte auch die Ecken von Spinnweben befreien, ich habe es getan, hoffe der Nachmieter hat es mir gedankt :-)
Würden trotzdem es weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen.
Auch vom Vermieter aus sehr freundlicher Kontakt!

Super Haus ! Tolle Lage !
Waren auf der Durchreise in diesem tollen Haus. Eigentlich hat alles gepasst ! Sehr schönes Haus ! Alles da was man braucht. Super Garten, mega Terrasse ! Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreicht, ca. 1000m
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kann man nur empfehlen !

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sollte es mal ein Problem geben, wird es sehr schnell und sehr nett gelöst. Auch Aufenthalt mit Hund ist hier zu empfehlen. Nur der Garten ist leider nicht komplett eingezäunt, statt dessen aber die kleine Terasse.
Der Garten ist aber umgeben von einer Hecke, so das man hier seine Ruhe hat.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber mit dem Auto kann man die Strände in Rerik, Kühlungsboern, usw. gut erreichen.

Entspannter Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung ist super. Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine ruhige Lage.
Auch unsere Kinder haben sich wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus ! Wir kommen wieder.
wirklich ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Wir haben hier super schöne Urlaubstage als Familie verbracht.
Die Lage ist perfekt ruhig und man ist schnell am schönen Naturstrand. (2 Minuten mit dem Auto, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten)
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen und möchten gerne wieder kommen!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus, große Terrasse mit Zaun und blickdichtem Garten
Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Spiele, Filme, Bücher, alles da! Wirklich schön ist die große Terrasse mit Garten hinterm Haus, da ist man ungestört, da der Garten komplett umwachsen ist. Man hat dort den ganzen Tag lang Sonne! Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Dieser ist naturbelassen und schön. Ein Spaziergang um den "Boiensdorfer Werder" ist Balsam für die Seele! Mit dem Auto erreicht man in Kürze Poel, Wismar und sogar Rerik. Das Restaurant "Seaside" erreicht man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß geht es sicher auch.
Der Ort hat viele Vorteile gegenüber den großen Seebädern nicht zuletzt, da Preis-Leistung hier noch stimmen!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie
Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir reisten mit unserer 4 Monate alten Tochter und es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett bereit gestellt. Die Sauna ist ein schönes Highlight nach einem Strandspaziergang an der Ostsee.
Die Umgebung ist nett, der Strand ist etwas weit entfernt aber mit dem Auto erreicht man auch gut die Insel Poel oder die Stadt Wismar.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus.

Der Weg zum Strand (1300m) kann entweder zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder sogar mit dem Auto bewältigt werden. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Strand.

Top !!!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Würden es jeder Zeit wieder nutzen perfekt für Fanilie mit Kundern oder mit Hund .Tolle Terrasse mit Zaun und allem was nötig ist. Alles bekannten Orte in nächster Umgebung und sehr nah zum Naturstrand . Vielen Dank bis ganz bald wieder !
