Description

Our cosy holiday home is located on the idyllic Salzhaff in Boiensdorf.

Except for 2 free parking spaces, the property is fully fenced

On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, 1 bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and WC, another bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC and a bedroom with double bed
On the east side and directly adjacent to the kitchen is a large, covered terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue fireplace. Here you can have breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy your meals in the afternoon in a shady location. For small children, the terrace is additionally fenced in
In the attic are the living room and another bedroom with double bed and adjoining balcony. From here you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, the salt lagoon and the beautiful surroundings.
The house is ideal for a stay of four people.
Extra beds for 6 persons are possible! Sofa bed and sofa in the living area.

Location and surroundings of object

Haus Seeadler is located near Boiensdorf in a quiet holiday home area on the edge of the Salzhaff. The beautiful natural beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. (No beach fee, only a small parking fee if you come by car) On the narrow sandy beach of the Salzhaff, sections of steep shore alternate with lagoon-like shallow water areas. The shallow water areas are particularly suitable for small children to swim in. Water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here with kiting and surfing. A kite school is on site. The local beach snack bar provides food and drink;
a visit to WERNI is always worthwhile!

The beaches of the island of Poel and the Baltic resort of Rerik are less than 15 minutes away by car.

Nature and bird lovers will find plenty of observation opportunities on the Salzhaff and the surrounding area. Anglers have very good opportunities in the waters of the Salzhaff or on accompanied deep-sea fishing trips.
Boiensdorf is a small community between Wismar, Poel Island and Rerik. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling (Baltic Sea Cycle Path), walking, hiking, water sports and bathing
Nature and bird lovers will find plenty of observation opportunities in the Salzhaff and the surrounding area, especially in spring and autumn, the times of bird migration. Formations of cranes, geese and other migratory birds can be observed from the balcony, especially in the morning and evening!
At the windmill in neighbouring Stove, you will be spoilt with delicious baked goods from the wood-burning oven.
Further shopping facilities can be found in nearby Blowatz, Wismar and Neubukow
Neubukow in particular, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car, offers everything you need for daily life, including doctors, pharmacies, banks and various restaurants.
The surrounding Hanseatic towns, the state capital Schwerin and the well-known Baltic Sea resorts can be easily explored from Boiensdorf.

On the days around Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve the prices of the high season apply. THE PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE! COSTS FOR ELECTRICITY, WATER, HEATING AND WIFI ARE ALREADY INCLUDED!!!
There is a deposit of 100.- €, which will be returned after departure and handover in good condition.

Bed linen and towels per person € 12.-.

Cancellation terms:

Withdrawals from the contract or changes to the contract require written form. The cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up to 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price from the 44th to the 31st day before the start of the trip, and 90% of the rental price from the 30th day before the start of the trip. If the stay is terminated early, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price. We recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance. In the event of travel or visitation restrictions due to COVID-19, announced by the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, you will receive a refund of your payments made.

Quiet New Year's Eve

We felt comfortable right away and it's ideal for dog owners. Very little was set off on New Year's Eve. And on the days before and after, not at all. Everything needed was available in the house. Highly recommended. We will come back...

Super nice for a relaxing vacation with a dog.

The well-maintained, fully equipped holiday home is absolutely quiet and central. It offered plenty of space for the two of us and our furry friend, and the fencing made it ideal with a dog. The house Seadler is centrally located for various excursions, such as to the picturesque Hanseatic cities of Lübeck, Rostock, or Wismar, to the island of Poel, and the Baltic coast with very beautiful beaches. With many tips from the landlords, we were also able to enjoy the good regional cuisine in excellent restaurants. We can only recommend the holiday home with the friendly and helpful landlords, and we experienced and enjoyed two wonderful weeks with many great impressions.

Holiday home Seeadler Boiensdorf

We spent a lovely week in the cozy, quiet holiday home Seeadler. Upon arrival, it was nicely warmed and everything was very clean, so we immediately felt comfortable there. We found the fenced garden and especially the separately fenced terrace great for our small dogs. Prior to booking, I had a very pleasant phone conversation with the owner, who made our special booking (Monday to Monday) possible immediately. We were completely satisfied and can recommend the house!

Relaxing days for the turn of the year.

The house is large and offers enough space even for 6 people. However, it should be kept in mind that the room with the additional bed is a connecting room, which should not be a problem for families. We found the two bathrooms extremely pleasant.

Since we had a dog with us, the garden belonging to the house was very practical thanks to the good fencing. The landlords are very nice and a problem that occurred temporarily was solved immediately after a phone call. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

A super nice, very well-equipped, and clean holiday home! We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. It has everything you need there. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, and cooking pots/pans. We were 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog, and there was enough space for everyone. The contact with the landlord was great and always friendly. Autumn break ??

A wonderful holiday week in this truly beautiful holiday home is now behind us. My children, our dog, and I felt absolutely comfortable. As mentioned several times, nothing was missing. A big compliment also for the pretty well-maintained garden and the cozy terrace. The beautiful playground at the nearby Salzhaff is of course very popular with children. My only personal criticism is that we only booked it for one week. Next time we will definitely stay longer! !! ?

Wellness vacation

Great quiet location. You're right in vacation mode. Very good for dogs as everything outside is fenced in, and furthermore, the courtyard is separately fenced. The facilities are very good, and the WiFi works quickly and smoothly. The Baltic Sea is within walking distance. Wismar and Rostock are inviting for city tours, and there are hiking trails (also with dogs) nearby. For us, it was the first vacation in the region, but we would gladly come back, especially to this accommodation.

Zur Zeit wird ein separater Fuß- und Fahrradweg zur Ostsee gebaut. Dadurch ist "unser" Strand noch bequemer zu erreichen.

Bewertung Haus Seeadler in Boiensdorf

We can (small family) wholeheartedly recommend this house! Even mosquito protection (windows) has been thought of, a beach chair is also not missing, we slept wonderfully, meals always on the veranda, and we recovered splendidly. You are very quickly in Wismar, Rostock (train Meckpom Ticket e.g. recommended) can be reached quickly from the train station. Reaching Neubukow and also buying groceries there, the house slows down, which is very important and has a certain aura that was missing in our previous holiday homes. Not to forget: watching the sunset from the balcony, natural beach nearby and Poehl is also very close - equipment leaves nothing to be desired! Any time again!

Holiday home Seeadler near Wismar

We have been regularly going to the Baltic Sea for many years. Staying in this beautiful holiday home was the best. The facilities are excellent. The kitchen is also well equipped. The double fencing of the property and the terrace are continuous. Even my Beagle-Terrier mix dog with a strong hunting instinct couldn't find a loophole despite intensive searching. This property is also excellent in terms of price-performance ratio. It is also worth highlighting the location of the property. It's only about 500 meters to the beach house, a very beautiful natural beach, so the car is not needed. We will definitely come back.

Niedliches Ferienhaus

Beautiful cozy holiday home. The large garden is great for dogs, our female dog could have fun and play there. The house inside is nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is a dream. You can reach everything wonderfully by car.

Can only be recommended!

Three of us with three small dogs spent a whole week in the holiday home. The house is comfortably furnished and everything you need for daily use is available. It is not far from the natural beach at Salzhalf, where the dogs can swim. We will definitely book the house again.

TOP Equipment - Vacation can't get any better! (July 2010)

I can only echo the reviews already submitted! The holiday home is lovingly and cosily furnished! Romantic! Everything is there to enjoy a carefree holiday! Our boys really liked the beach chair! We drove home feeling refreshed! Even our dog felt very comfortable. Thank you for allowing him to come along!

Summer holiday 2009

It was a very nice holiday in this holiday home. The accommodation and the garden were in excellent condition. The apartment's amenities (electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, small fireplace, etc.) leave nothing to be desired. The great terrace with a beach chair, balcony overlooking the Salzhaff, barbecue facilities, and much more make the holiday a special experience. We will gladly come back!!! Rating with stars is not possible, but we would give the highest percentage for all 6 criteria.
