Description
The Seemöwe rescue roof house is located in a small, newly built thatched roof settlement. Over three floors, it convinces with first-class furnishings and is classified with 5 stars by the DTV. The thatched-roof house is located on the edge of Groß Schwansee near a nature reserve. It is in the immediate vicinity of the beach and Schlossgut Groß Schwansee. The thatched house can be reached via an agricultural road or through the village of Groß Schwansee. The area is traffic-calmed as there is no through road. Children can play without risk on one of the children's playgrounds or cycle to the beach. All three floors of the house are heated with geothermal energy (ground heat), which is fed into the underfloor heating. All floors are tiled and the attic is covered with laminate. The rooms are tastefully furnished with solid spruce and oak furniture. In the outbuilding there is a tumble dryer and a washing machine, in the garden there is a Finnish sauna kota for 5-6 people give. A covered outdoor whirlpool of the brand SPA One Dimension for 5 persons is right next to the sauna kota. In the carport there is a football table HODURA, a table tennis table Kettler 8, 6 bicycles Hercules Uno 7 (we rent them). The carport can be opened by a rolling gate to the courtyard, the courtyard can thus be closed. In front of the carport 2 cars can be parked, the remaining vehicles at the side of the property. The terrace to the west side is covered with a glass roof, where even in bad weather the holiday does not come to an end. For nice barbecue evenings, a high-quality gas barbecue or a gas grill is available for our guests.
The house has a good internet connection DSL RAM IP connection and is also equipped with a telephone which our tenants can use freely according to the usage agreement.

In the carport there is an Outdoor 8 table tennis table from Kettler available for our guests, a high-quality HODURA outdoor football table, a GRP rowing boat with transport trolley for the Baltic Sea 2.80 x 1.45 m and in the outdoor area there is a stainless steel outdoor shower hot/cold, 6 high-quality Hercules bicycles can be rented immediately for the stay. For the little ones and the big ones, 2 "trolleys"are available for free use. Cots and 2 highchairs are available. Sauna and whirlpool are free to use all year round. For bookings of 14 days, a free intermediate is provided on request (approx. 30 min.). Basic bathroom and kitchen equipment is provided. The rental price includes use of the sauna, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower, handcart, use of the garden and beach chair, 2 highchairs, 2 children's beds, outdoor table football, rowing boat, outdoor table tennis. A PC with a DSL RAM IP internet connection is available for the stay, including WLAN network in the whole house can also be used free of charge. Bread rolls, newspaper, cakes, eggs, milk, butter, sausage etc. can be ordered on site by arrangement. Delivery is made by an external supplier and is not included in the rental price. |

Top Urlaub in einem super Haus
Wir 8 Niedersachsen waren vom 29.06 - 06.07.2019 in diesem wirklich tollen Ferienhaus in Groß Schwansee. Unsere Erwartungen noch so einer tollen Infomappe waren sehr groß, was uns dann am 29.06.2019 erwartet hatte in Groß Schwansee war Begeisterung pur, besser geht es nicht! Der Garten mit Outdoor Whirlpool, Outdoor Dusche und Saunakota war wirklich der Hammer. Dann noch eine tolle überdachte Terrasse, was will man noch. Das Wetter war super, tolle Abende hatten wir! Langeweile kam nie auf. dafür gab es den Tischkicker und die Tischtennisplatte. Unsere Jungs waren begeistert, das war seit 20 Jahre das beste Haus was wir hatten. Dann noch der toller Empfang und Abreise durch die sehr sympathische Hausdame Steffi. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Wir kommen 100% wieder!

Urlaub zum Entspannen
Wir waren im April Gäste in der Unterkunft. Nach einem leicht holprigen Start konnten wir dort einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die neue Sauna ist sehr schön und der Whirpool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Bei Sonne kann man in dem schönen Garten sehr gut entspannen.Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Herbsturlaub mit Familie
Super Haus mit vielen Extras u.a. der tolle überdachte und beheizte Außenpool. Größe des Hauses und Aufteilung der Zimmer sind super, so dass 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder gut untergebracht werden konnten. Die Lage in Groß Schwansee ist sehr ruhig und etwas weiter weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Alles in Allem ein super Urlaub.
