Our holiday home offers more than just a holiday - it is like a home. At your disposal is a detached holiday home in a garden of approx. 1500 sqm. On the ground floor there is a large living room with cosy seating furniture and an adjoining covered terrace
A highlight is the view from the living room into the large garden. The new country house kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a large dining area. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a romantic bedroom with a double bed 2x2m, as well as a small bathroom with a shower at ground level. The upper floor offers another bedroom with a double bed 1,80x2m and a room with a single bed 1,20x1,90m. Also a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Each room is equipped with insect screens.
In the large light-flooded house you can slow down from everyday life. We have renovated and furnished the house with great attention to detail. There is also a garage for bicycles and cars.

Location and surroundings of object
The good location of the artists' village of Drispeth between Wismar and Schwerin means that many worthwhile destinations can be reached in a short time. Lübeck, Hamburg, many Baltic Sea resorts, Mecklenburg Lake District. The Baltic Sea is only 20 minutes away. Perfectly suited for cycling tours. We provide you with extensive cycling maps. There are several castles and manor houses to discover in the surrounding area. For a very close experience, we recommend the bird sanctuary of the Dambeck Lakes with its observation towers. Extensive brochure material is available.
Lake Schwerin with many beautiful bathing spots is only 5 km away.
The garden café "Sonntagsgrün" just three houses away is highly recommended, as are the farm cafés in the surrounding area, in Willigrad.
You can shop in Bad Kleinen at Edeka, Netto incl. bakery and Aldi.
In Lübsdorf there is a pharmacy and Netto.
In Schwerin and Wismar you can go shopping in the old town.

Cancellation terms:
You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the cancellation statement - preferably in writing - by the landlord is decisive. If the tenant withdraws from the contract or does not use the holiday home without a withdrawal statement, the landlord can claim the following cancellation fees: - For withdrawal from the 80th to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price - For withdrawal from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel price - For withdrawal from the 34th to the 7th day before the start of the trip: 80% of the travel price If the tenant withdraws later or does not use the holiday home, he must pay the entire travel price, unless a substitute tenant is found. Up to the start of the rental period, you can request that a third party steps into your rights and obligations from the rental contract. This requires a written notice to the landlord (rebooking). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The termination of the rental contract is possible by the landlord if the execution is significantly impaired, complicated, or endangered by force majeure (e.g., war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fire, etc.). We will then immediately refund the paid rental price but may request reasonable compensation for the services performed.

Enjoy rural tranquility
The name of the house fits perfectly because we felt at home from the first second. We found the house in a very clean condition as if it had been renovated the day before. It is harmoniously decorated with a lot of love. Whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or living room, everything is available for a pleasant stay. The covered terrace allowed us to spend many cozy hours while enjoying the view of the wonderful and beautifully designed garden. It is designed in such a way that privacy is ensured so that you can stay there undisturbed. The landlords are super nice, always reachable, and always helped us quickly and competently with questions.
The village is off the main traffic routes. This is perfect for those seeking tranquility, while for daily needs, you can quickly go to the nearest larger town in about 5 minutes for shopping. Further comprehensive shopping options can be found in Wismar (which we would recommend) or Schwerin, which can be reached in a 15 or 20-minute drive, respectively. Both cities are worth a visit and offer all kinds of tourist attractions. The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 20 minutes. However, the location of the holiday home also offers a perfect starting point for beautiful bike tours. We used this several times and were amazed at how well-developed the bike path network is there. We also received maps and information about this from the house or from the landlords. Nearby, there are some monasteries or castles that are worth seeing and may offer a delicious monastery liqueur.
So, we are thrilled and can gladly recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience.

We were guests in the lovingly and beautifully furnished house over New Year's Eve 2022-2023. The house is ideally equipped for 4 people. We can only recommend the house to those who want to recover from daily stress. You can simply let go and enjoy the house. The house is conveniently located for trips to Wismar, Poel or Schwerin. The Bredow family is very lovable, which is reflected in the equipment of the house. We would like to thank the Bredow family again and wish them all the best for the future.

Very nice accommodation
We spent our summer holiday here. The landlords are very friendly. The house is very lovingly furnished with many details and equipped with everything you need in a household. The property is also very well maintained. The house is situated in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The back area has a nice covered terrace and is protected against unwanted views. Even when it was raining, we could spend nice hours there. We felt at home and will gladly come back.

Holiday home for relaxation
We felt very comfortable in this green oasis for 14 days. There was a friendly reception with a brief explanation and key handover, after which we had the house with garage, wonderful garden, and beautiful corners to relax, gaze out, read, etc., all to ourselves. There was a nice bottle of wine and some snacks. :-) The house is excellent beyond the standard level with beautiful dishes, all useful kitchen utensils, and details like candles, magazines, a first aid kit, etc. equipped. We had brought too much from home! Everything was very clean and furnished with love. You discovered something new every day. . . We would go back anytime and just relax and feel comfortable. Thanks again to the nice hosts!
