Apartment in Kirchberg near Ski Slopes

The location was great, everything was close by and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; at first glance it looks clean, but upon closer inspection the floors are still dirty, there are cobwebs everywhere, and I think the cabinets and under the beds have never been cleaned. This was very disappointing, especially since we were here with a small child and it was very dusty; we even cleaned a bit ourselves, especially in the bathroom.

There is no room with shoe heating, the wood stove is purely for decoration (there are red lights in it) further everything is present and top-notch. The drain of 1 bathroom was clogged when we arrived but was repaired within a day. Mattresses vary by room.

Last year we rented this house with 6 adults. This year with 4 adults and a child, the location and the cottage are very nice. But... the bed bases and mattresses really need to be replaced. My daughter slept all week on a mattress on the floor. And the noise from the boiler, only very audible in the bedroom (children's) is terrible, the HUM. There was no information for us and no guest cards like last year! The disappointment was great that the supermarket has disappeared while this is mentioned in the brochure. We have not received any response to our voicemail about the beds, bad business!
